!!!SIX PACK ABS!!! How to muscle gain and lose fat FAST!!! Part 2 (Brandon Carter)

Go to BuildMuscleBurnFat.info myFREE workout plan Build Muscle and Burn Fat FAST AS HELL! Keys to getting a six pack: You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area. Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body. Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs. Proper Nutrition: Do not sabotage your results in the gym by giving yourself a passport to pig out. Shoulder Exercises - The 3 Best Rear Shoulder Exericses

www.BustYourPlateau.com - Shoulder Exerices The 3 Best Exercises For Your Rear Shoulders. In this video, I will share with you three very important exercises to develop your rear shoulder muscles. Often times people seem to neglect working their rear shoulders which will result in a muscular imbalance and will not fully develop the shoulder muscles. The shoulder consists of the front head, the side head and of course the rear deltoids. To ensure a full muscular shoulder development, you need to include proportional work on each part of the shoulder. Most people are weakest in their rear shoulder and therefore the weight that is used for this particular exercise should be considerably less than what you would use when working beside deltoids and the front deltoids. Here are the three exercises that will specialize on their rear deltoids development. Standing fixed arm cable pulldown: To perform this exercise properly ensure that you keep your arms fixed and focus on the contraction in your rear deltoids when pulling the cable downwards to ward your body. Bent over rear cable raises [single arm]: Using a cable from the low pulley position and with a fixed arm slowly perform are rear cable raise and focus on contracting your rear deltoids while performing this exercise. Do not use too much momentum but rather focus on using a lighter weight that allows you to really feel the muscle being worked. Bent over dumbbell swing backs: If this exercise is similar to the rear cable ...

Three Types of Muscle

Three Types of Muscle There are three types of muscle, each with a different structure and function. Skeletal muscle produces the most powerful contractions and is essentially involved in performing the body's movements. Skeletal muscle is under conscious control and is therefore described as voluntary. It is composed of cells, elongated up to twelve inches in length, containing many minute myofibrils and nuclei. It can contract and relax rapidly, but is easily fatigued. Smooth muscle is found in the arteries and in the digestive and urinary tracts, and performs the slow, long-term contractions needed to maintain these systems. Smooth muscle is made up of elongated cells arranged in bundles, each with a single nucleus. Within the intestines an inner circular band produces ring-like constrictions and an outer longitudinal band produces wavelike motions. Controlled by the autonomic system, smooth muscle contraction is involuntary. Cardiac muscle, found exclusively in the heart, continuously generates very strong contractions and rarely tires in its task of pumping blood throughout the body. It has a built-in rhythm of contraction, but is regulated by the heart's pacemaker. Cardiac muscle forming the heart is made up of branched cells containing many nuclei. It occurs as thick spiral bands around the ventricles of the heart.

Chest Exercises - The 3 Best Inner Chest Exercises (superset specialization)

Best Inner Chest Exercises www.BustYourPlateau.com In this particular video I will demonstrate how to perform some particular exercises that promote inner chest development. The inner chest is a hard muscle group to focus in on. However, if you pick the right inner chest exercises, you will start to see a dramatic improvement in very little time. One of the reasons why the inner chest is such a hard muscle group to develop is because people are not performing that proper exercise is to work that inner crevice of the chest. I'd do not recommend always perform and these specialization exercises but every so often if you can include these exercises in your workout it will go a long way and developing a fuller overall chest. Always start your chest workout with some compound movements such as a barbell bench press, dumbbell flat press and be sure to include a wide variety of free weight movements such as the dumbbell fly. When you want to specialize on the inner chest I would highly recommend including the following supersets that you see demonstrated within this video. These particular supersets are what are known as pre exhaust supersetting. Pre exhaust supersetting involves performing one at isolated exercise followed by in other exercise working the same muscle group and it is usually a compound movement. Superset 1 The first two super set consists of the dumbbell chest to fly supersetting with the flat barbell bench press. Perform roughly 8 to 10 reps on the first ...

How To Build Muscle - 10 Ways To Gain Muscle

How to build muscle at buildtheperfectmalebody.com 1. FUEL UP Begin to read labels on food so you can gain an understanding of how many calories you are currently consuming. Next, add about 500 more calories to that amount. That is the new number for the amount of calories you should start eating every day. Also, you should also be consuming approximately one gram of protein per pound of your body weight every day. 2. LIMIT CARDIO It's okay to do about 2 days of light jogging on the treadmill or even on an elliptical or stationary bike, but it's best to do no more than about 30 minutes at a time. If you really want to lose fat without losing muscle, the best thing to do would be interval training. This is where you would literally run as fast as you can for 30 seconds and then back to an easy jog for 90 seconds; and you would do this over and over for about 20 minutes. This can be done 2 or maybe 3 times a week. 3. DO LESS Don't do more than 20 sets per muscle group. Ideally, you want to be around 12 sets. For maximum muscle growth, you want to get between 6 and 12 reps per set. Your workouts should last 45 minutes to an hour, any more could be counterproductive. Instead of doing more reps and sets in your workout, use heavier weights and do reps at a slow and controlled pace. The amount of time your muscles are under tension is a vital component to muscle growth so make sure that each set lasts between 40 and 70 seconds. 4. USE FULL-BODY WORKOUTS OR A SPLIT ROUTINE For ...

Shaolin Yi Jin Jing Muscle & Tendon Changing Classic

"The basic purpose of Yijinjing is to turn flaccid and frail sinews and tendons into strong and sturdy ones. The movements of Yijinjing are at once vigorous and gentle. Their performance calls for a unity of will and strength, ie using ones will to direct the exertion of muscular strength. It is coordinated with breathing. Better muscles and tendons means better health and shape, more resistance, flexibility, endurance, and is obtained as follows: - postures influences the static and nervous structure of the body - stretching muscles and sinews affects organs, joints, meridians and Qi - torsion affects metabolism and Jing production - breathing produce more and better refined Qi - active working gives back balance and strength to body and mind (brain, nervous system and spirit). The Yì Jin Jing (Chinese: ???; Wade-Giles: I Chin Ching; literally "Muscle/Tendon Change Classic") is a qìgong manual most notable as the source of the attribution of Shaolin Kung Fu to Bodhidharma, though this has been doubted by several martial arts historians. Pan Wei was a devoted student and practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, and his treatise in the form of- a preface reflects his vast knowledge of this subject. It is common knowledge that within the works of Lao-Zu, Chuang Zu, and even Mencius, many references are made to the ancients practicing various forms of breathing exercises. Pan Wei says that he had consulted various medical treatises; however, he did not mention that any ...

Endo, meso, ectomorph workouts 4max muscle gain and 6-pack abs (hard gainer)

www.scoobysworkshop.com Are you a ectomorph, and endomorph or a mesomorph and how does it affect your nutrition and training?? Its really important you know how to optimize your training for your bodytype. In this video I will explain how to do this so you can maximize your muscle gains and get ripped abs. Pigeonholing people into one of the three body types (endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph) is ridiculous. Its like trying to classify skin color as either black or white, in real life its all shades in between. Genetics play a huge role in bodybuilding but its not as simple as three body types and it doesnt matter anyway! Genetics only determines the magnitude and speed of your results, not what you need to do to obtain them.

Well, Planet Fitness has tapped into that sentiment and in its first commercial for the client, Mullen gives as yet another example of the "what planet are you from" scenario. In the ad, we see aa guy signing up to join Planet Fitness. But, he's just not any guy. He's a bit off. He's a bit full of himself. He's a bit in need of the guys in white coats with a strait jacket. But the cute Planet Fitness employee doesn't freak out. She just sits quietly as this man does, apparently, what he needs to do to make himself feel he's the man he really is.
