So while we've gotten really used to and excited about hearing music news for the star and The Scene, it's time to switch it up. And by switch it up, I mean completely switch it up. Not only is Selena's focus turning back to her original career focus of acting, but she's taking on a totally new type of role. She told MTV news that her character for the upcoming movie called Spring Breakers is different than she's ever played and it's a different vibe than people are used to seeing her take on, adding QUOTE "what you're going to see is more raw, I think. It's going to be raw and more about acting." Keep in mind that Spring Breakers is set to follow a group of college girls who rob a restaurant to pay for their holiday trip, only to get locked up and then bailed out by a drug and arms dealer -- which quite obviously winds up in some serious drama. As of now, we hear that some other Hollywood faves are signed on, including Vanessa Hudgens, Emma Roberts and James Franco. According to the site, Taylor was inspired after receiving some less-than-nice music reviews and the video shows off a variety of scenes, set about 100 years ago or so, where a bunch of different victims of bullying end up rising above their situations to achieve success. And one of those characters in the music video is a girl that I recognized immediately -- the lovely Miss Joey King -- who you probably recognize from "Ramona and Beezus!" Joey did a great job in the video -- you have to check it out for yourselves. As a side note, Taylor looks more beautiful than ever -- she has a handle on timeless beauty that is simply undeniable!
