Refilmed one of my original routines. Nothing spectacular about this routine, its good for the cool down or low end of your interval training so that students can catch their breath. The grapevine move with the elbows up I learned from Dakota, my Pure Fitness Co-Teacher. The verse 1 and 2 move, you can do in low impact as you can see as a basic salsa front/back, or a kind of break dancing hip hop move that works the legs and abs.

I thought this was an absolutely perfect song for my fitness classes, since it combines two main styles, Reggaeton, and Bollywood, or Bhangra. I called it Bhangraton! One of the Bhangra moves i do is the "power bhangra" from Sarina Jain's first ever DVD. The other move where one is like calling out to the music I learned from the 2009 instructor convention when she was a presenter there. If any of you have the chance, I suggest checking out masalabhangra.com to check a Bhangra Class near you. I Guarantee a blast!!
