During the John and Ken tax revolt in Fullerton, CA, on March 7, 2009, nauiocelotl, repeats his drivel relating to Photographers and privacy laws as related to the First Amendment, and people's rights to dress appropriately for a beach town. He then gets put down for his disrespect of America. Nauiocelotl, claims he is indigenous Mexican, yet he is too coward to ser in the Mexican Army or fight for Mexico.
