CZESŁAW NIEMEN - Wspomnienie

CZESŁAW NIEMEN - Wspomnienie Translation (not perfect :/) from: www . tekstowo . pl Mimosas autumn begins, Golden, crisp and nice. It is you, you're that girl Who to me on the street came out. From your letters smell in the hallway When I came back out of breath from school, And the streets in the autumn light Fluttered behind me clear angels. Mimosas wilted Recalls Immortal yellow - October. It is you, you, my only, Evening you came to the candy. With praying with praying sleepy The park was crying whisper words. Youngster with clouds shines autumn, From golden mimosa - May. Ah, the sensitive, prefarable dreams I fell asleep with him going out in the morning, In dreams old playing with springs, As the gold as the fragrant posy.

CZESŁAW NIEMEN - Wiem że nie wrócisz

ENGLISH TRANSLATION BY BytomGirl I know you will not come back today when I am missing you and when it happened so that you left and will not come back here, I must be alone. I know you will not come back, time passed like a dream. I lost your trail and now will go alone into the world. I am miserable without you, days are grey, missing the sunshine. Where are you? Where are you? I would like to see you here again, you-my only dream and go through life only with you, only with you . But you will not come back - I know. Time passes like a dream. I lost your trail and now will go alone into the world.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION by BytomGirl [thx 4u] Time like a river... Where azure river carries it's waters, in that place I saw the sunshine for the first time. On it's banks I spent so many moments that today I am so sad without that river. Over there each day was a treasure, today my only treasure. The time like river, like river flows away, taking away with it those times. The time like river, like river flows away, taking away with it those times. My thoughts go back to the times of my childhood, that river lives in my memories. I would like so much to be on it's banks again so let the memory continue. Over there each day was a treasure, today my only treasure. The time like river, like river flows away, taking away with it those times. The time like river, like river flows away, taking away with it those times. Luba

CZESŁAW NIEMEN - Człowiek Jam Niewdzięczny

ENGLISH TRANSLATION I am an ungrateful man". Day after day, like a brisk stream time tightens a circle of my existence. Day runs away after day, further and further, my ethereal desires' plot pales. Around us Universe, vast and misterious, nn unending fertile garden, eternal thoughts' masterpiece! I would like to give my respect to the sky, bend my forehead low. But I am an ungrateful man and imperfect. They feed themselves with nonsense, wrapped with the net of ridiculous affairs. I am ashamed for those who have no spirit, who forgot about the ultimate end that will make us all even, the grave.

Czesław Niemen - Katharsis

Czesław Niemen (real name Czesław Juliusz Wydrzycki) (February 16, 1939 - January 17, 2004) was one of the most important and original Polish singer-songwriters and rock balladeers of the last quarter-century,[1] singing mainly in the Polish language. He is arguably the most acclaimed Polish singer of all time.[weasel words] Niemen was born in Stare Wasiliszki in Grodno Province. After the World War II it became a part of Byelorussian SSR and in the 1950s he was allowed to move to Poland. He made his debut in the early 1960s, singing Polish rock and soul music. He possessed an unusually wide voice range and equally rich intonation. He was also an ardent composer and a keyboard player. Soon after his first successful concerts in France, he started to use the pseudonym Niemen instead of his real name, gaining wider notoriety in Poland and making it easier to pronounce by foreigners (Niemen is a Polish pronunciation of the Neman River and this way he wanted to mark his birth country). His song of 1967, "Dziwny jest ten świat" (Strange Is This World) is commonly acknowledged to be the most important Polish protest song of that era (in 1972 also en English version was recorded). He was one of the first Polish performers to wear long hair and colourful clothes and introducing the style of psychedelia to communist Poland, which annoyed the officials. The first three LP album's Niemen recorded with his band "Akwarele" (Watercolours). Subsequently, he recorded with his other new ...

Czesław Niemen (real name Czesław Juliusz Wydrzycki) (February 16, 1939 - January 17, 2004) was one of the most important and original Polish rock musicians, singing mainly in the Polish language. Niemen was born in Wasiliszki in Grodno district. He was a singer with a wide voice scale and rich intonation, a composer and a keyboard player. He made his debut in the early 1960s, singing a Polish kind of rock and roll and soul music. His song of 1967, Dziwny jest ten świat (Strange Is This World) became the most important Polish protest song of that era. He was one of the first Poles to wear long hair and colourful clothes, introducing psychedelia style to communist Poland. The first three records he recorded with his band "Akwarele" (The Watercolour Paintings), later he recorded with his new bands: "Enigmatic", "Grupa Niemen" and "Aerolit". In 1969 he changed musical style to progressive rock, recording the monumental album Enigmatic. The most notable song from it was Bema pamięci żałobny rapsod (A Mournful Rhapsody in Memory of Jozef Bem), based on the 19th century poem by Cyprian Kamil Norwid. The rest of Enigmatic songs were poetry as well. Niemen played Hammond organ, later mellotron and Moog synthesizer on his records. In the early 1970s, Niemen recorded three English language albums under the CBS label, and in 1974 he recorded Mourner's Rhapsody with Jan Hammer and Rick Laird from Mahavishnu Orchestra. In the seventies, Niemen turned to jazz-rock fusion and electronic ...

CZESŁAW NIEMEN - Nim przyjdzie wiosna [+ENGLISH TRANSLATION]

ENGLISH TRANSLATION BY BytomGirl "Before spring arrives", Before spring arrives, before frost is gone, in the cradle of silence- above me pine above me birch tree with their branches whisper. Whisper and sing almost violin like peaceful melody, brand new melody silent to the ear that is ripening. So I fall like into fluff of the snow into autumn leaves and only with my soul listen and enquire, enquire and listen if night is coming or dawn is being born. And only in a dream I am reaching out with my arms but don't wake, I want nothing else because I know I am in eternity, in the sea of love for people.
