VOCAB TERMS "Shroudy" - adj. Meaning to have a not-so-clear display or to have a fog-like appearance. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Polish the shoe as you have been taught. - Swipe cloth with polish. - Polish shoe with little circles in a small area - Make sure the cloth is dampened with water, too - Repeat till reaches a glossy shine or is well and done properly HAIR DRYER TECHNIQUE - First, have damp cloth at the ready. Make sure you use the spot you have used the polish on. - Set Hair dryer on area you are going to polish. You may move the hair dryer around just as long as it does not extend pass 6 seconds max. - After Hair drying, immediately polish with the cloth with a wide-circle range movement. Spread the polish around! Think of it as "equaling" the tone of the shoe. - Repeat the Basic Polish technique (Second and further times around, use wider circle movements.) - Repeat Hair Drying technique -Keep repeating until... ~~ Oh!You always want to end with the Hair Drying technique, till it reaches "Chloroframe Perfection"`~~~! ^__^ The purpose of this video is to share a technique I have found out on my own. LBHS NJROTC Unit, Area 13, This was one of our projects that was assigned to us, the Naval Science 3 and Naval Science 4, to build a 1 manned boat, out of cardboard. Builders Of The LBS (Luther Burbank Ship) :Long Vang(Lieutenant Commander(O-4)) :Operations Officer, Cheng Thao(Lieutenant Junior Grade(O-2)): Commissions Officer, and Me, Max C. Xiong(Commander(O-5)): Commanding Officer Of Luther Burbank High School Person In Boat, Me (I was greedy, should have let the whole team rowed the boat). It took us lots of hard work to come up with the designs, and to actually put it into effect, but it came out nicely. Holding 2 records in the LBHS NJROTC, the quickest lap, and the most laps done, 9 1/2 laps. Our cardboard boat was able to endure aprox. 12 mins in the water, until it started to sink, with me still in it. Thank you very much Bee Vang, For recording this video.

NJROTC orienteering in East Aurora IL on April 25, 2009. We were representing Richards High school in Oak Lawn IL. Each team had 90 minutes to reach as many flags as they could. The actual video is a little over 68 minutes long. I chopped it up to show everyone some of the more fun, and adventures parts. It started rainning real hard, so I had to turn off the camera. I apologize for the shaky footage, and the sound of the wind. I filmed this video on my LG Dare cell phone, overall I think it came out ok. The picture is shakes alot because in orienteering you and your team runs to different flags in a forest. You get a map, a compass, and a clue card. These flags were spread out in a radius of 8-10 miles (estimated). I was on team 3, we lost our map the first 15 minutes into the competition. We gave the map to a team member who got seperated from us, I attempted to go back and find him, but my team leader gave me orders to keep moving with them so we can get all the flags.
