From 2009-02-07. Noel Edmonds speaking on his Sky One show, Noel's HQ about the case of a former soldier who had been denied planing permission to build a bungalow. This show was live but when it was repeated the following day on Sky Two this segmant was edited quite a bit (see my other video for the Sky Two version). I expect in this form the video breaks certain Ofcom codes as Noel Edmonds is suggesting how people should vote in any upcoming elections. Its also quite a personal attack and the person working for the council was not given a right to reply (although the council itself was in the form of the statement read by Keith Chegwin). I have put this video under YouTube's 'entertainment' category. I hope Noel doesn't mind. It is also listed under entertainment on Sky's EPG.
