LONDONDERRY, NH (CBS/WBZ) Perhaps New Hampshire high school teacher Melinda Dennehy missed the orientation session when they explained that sending your naked photos to a student is sort of a bad idea. Police say the 41-year-old English teacher sent four sexy shots of herself to a 15-year-old male student at Londonderry High School. The student, it seems, thought that was pretty nifty. Police say he forwarded the images to his friends. According to police documents, the pictures were sent two months ago. Investigators say they obtained a copy of one of the photos and co-workers identified Dennehy. The teen told police that Dennehy had "continuously sent him text messages," some of which were sexually explicit. He also claimed that she "kissed him twice on two separate occasions" in a classroom at school. Dennehy, of Hampstead, turned herself in to Londonderry police Friday. She is charged with one felony count of indecent exposure. Hampstead is 30 miles northwest from Concord. The mother of two has since been freed on bail, but was ordered to stay away from anyone under 16. Police do not know of any other victims. In this short, bordering on the risqué, there is a brief glimpse of him adjusting the model's pose for the camera (not seen in this extract): various takes show this to be an exercise in experimenting with camera techniques and artistic effects. The surroundings are incidental, as the film concentrates on the model's position and movement. Bohemian in style, the scenes echo Art Nouveau tableaux. It is possible that the model is one of the Margaret Morris Dancers - later filmed by Friese-Greene in 'Dance of the Moods'. Surrounded by dangerous currents and without a drop of fresh water, even local fishermen rarely land on Sotobanari island in the remote west of Japan's Okinawa prefecture. But all alone for two decades, 76-year-old Masafumi Nagasaki has made this desert island an unlikely retirement home -- with an unusual dress code. Braving typhoons and biting insects, Nagasaki is a hermit in the buff."It must have been about the second year I came here, and there was this typhoon that smacked into the island head-on. For about a year there was no shade, I just scorched under the sun. It was at that point I thought this was going to be an impossible place to live," Nagasaki told Reuters in an encounter on Sotobanari island, which translated from the local dialect appropriately means "outer distant" island. After a brief career as a photographer, and a longer one in the murkier side of the entertainment industry, Nagasaki says he wanted a place to retire away from it all. For the first year, he still rushed to throw on clothes when boats passed his way. But slowly the island stripped away his embarrassment. "I don't do what society tells me but I do follow the rules of the natural world. You can't beat nature so you just have to obey it completely. That's what I learned when I came here, and that's probably why I get by so well," Nagasaki said.
