
It has been for quite a while (at least for two months) since I made my endeavour in the last home-made music video in early January. This home-made music video is not a move of resumption of my interest in home-making video activity in the future, but nearly an act of a final wrap-up for my entire amateurish video making as part of my personal project to appreciate some of the music that really enlightens me inside out for over a year or so. Before bringing my home-made music video series to a close, I would like to introduce you this song, which creates a chemistry-like sensation in my heart and soul with a few playing and some melody touches gently my nerve and psyche, which is why it makes me have a dedication of a video to this song in a remix version made by Floris de Haan. The original version to this song, "Satellite", one of the music works from a trance music group based in London, OceanLab, is a dance number with disco craze. This remix one, however, brings out an alternative streak of this song, a new life of which is then created as an almost distinctive departure from its original. This remix, so downtempo, trance, ambient and electronic, can stand itself as a good and nice tune to enjoy, far from being a duplicate or replica to its original. This remix version rarely sees its official inclusion as a track on a chill-out remix music compilation, "FauxReveur Chill Set - VIII", released in 2007.
