May 31, 2010: NS F9A 4270 leads NS F7B 4275, NS F7B 4276, and NS F9A 4271 up the Buffalo Line northbound from the Harrisburg region to Sunbury where it was diverted to the Canadian Pacific Sunbury Line. The opening scene is NS 974 sitting on the Rockville Bridge. After a crew change, we then catch it heading north just above North Ferry, at around Milepost BR 282. We then catch it again just north of North Boyles at Milepost BR 265, which is just outside of Selinsgrove. The chase was made easy because H2W was put ahead of the OCS, and he was way underpowered, a long and heavy train with only two rare exConrail SD38's, which were barely pulling 25 MPH at Notch 8! We were more interested in chasing that extreme Notch-8 show than the OCS, that video of H2W is to come soon.
