Leehom's Music Video Evolution: 1995-2007
Leehom's past 12 years in the music industry summarized in 10 minutes. :)It's pretty interesting watching not only his style of music change but him mature as well through his music videos. He's basically grown up in the C-pop (Chinese music industry/ Taiwanese music industry) music industry from when he first started recording at 17/18 till now. The videos are in chronological order with respect to release date of the album it is on. *There are a few videos from his earlier albums that I'm missing. So this isn't completely conclusive.
Leehom - Mile High (Unreleased English Track)
This is an english song called "Mile High" that Leehom recorded in late 2002/ early 2003. The mandarin version of the song is track 9 on his "Unbelievable" album, however,this English version was never officially released to the public. This song is composed and produced by Leehom.
Leehom and his Little Brother: CUTE!!!
Leehom and his little brother have such a cute relationship! Leehom's little brother is 9 years younger than Leehom, so Leehom has a really close relationship with his little brother. When Leehom was younger he used to babysit his younger brother. When Leehom left for college his little brother even cried. LOL. Leehom's little brother (leekai) currently goes to school at MIT. Notice Leekai's accent when he speaks Chinese, lol it's cute.

Leehom's exgirlfriend told Leehom that she was getting married and Leehom wrote this song for her wedding. It's a mixture of the feelings he felt at the time. Although he isn't flawless, he's still pretty darn impressive :) Leehom started recieving violin lessons when he was 6 and he started recieving piano lessons when he was 8. He didn't like piano so he stopped. When he was 18, he picked up an interest for piano once again. Leehom only received lessons for the violin and piano and the other instruments he picked up on his own over the years because they interested him. Her name is Ji Min Jia and she was 5th place in the "super girls singing contest". I think she has an awesome voice, granted her English pronunciation isn't the greatest, nevertheless despite her faulty pronunciation it is still pretty obvious that she has a beautiful voice especially since she sings most of the songs acapella. Meeting Leehom at the Australian Airport!!!
He's so nice and down to earth! HAha - "I didn't get to eat any Kangaroo or anything" Leehom was in Australia for a commercial. It was on the day of his departure and some fans saw him at the airport. They spoke to him for quite awhile, this is just a short clip of their conversation. 6/2006 - 2 guy fans of Leehom, get to sing "Wei Yi " with him. They mess up though. The two folks kind of screw up in the beginning. The guy on the right comes in early. Then the two dudes forget the lyrics during the part "Du Zhi Dui Zhe Dian Hua Shou Wo Ai Ni" and Leehom has to make a 'telephone' gesture to remind them. HAHA. I thought it was pretty nice of Leehom to let them sing so much of the song, though personally I would have rather listened to Leehom sing.

Chinese Girl with an amazing voice, versatility & range
I love her voice. She has a very versatile voice whether it is singing R/b / R&B songs, ballads, or traditional old school Chinese songs, she pulls each off with ease. (Not to mention her amazing ability to hit higher range notes with ease) Her voice is better than a lot of the "pop" singers in the Cpop music industry nowadays. She won 3rd place in the "Super Girl Singing Competition." BTW her name is Zhang Liang Ying.

I don't know what's up with Leehom's hair. It's all over the place and looks really "emo". Where did his eyes go behind all that hair? Wang Leehom visits his 10 adopted Children in Laos
Not only is Laos one of the most impoverished areas in Asia, but also one of the most bombed regions in the world. Many children without parents barely survive off the protein of bugs they find. Children with parents face an additional dilemma, many parents want their children to have a better life, but are afraid that foreigners will come and adopt their children. Therefore, Leehom among many others, are indirectly "adopting" the children by sponsoring them. Wang Lee Hom is currently World Vision's Ambassador for Taiwan. He believes that each person is capable of a small change for the better, and therefore everyone has the ability to do the right thing. If each of us were to make a small change we would all have the power to change the world, whether it be in environmental conservation or philanthropic charity work. Hence the name of his most recent album "Change Me." Leehom gets only 1 week off from work, and usually he spends this week during Thanksgiving with his family. It is his only opportunity to see his family in the United States throughout the year. However this year, Leehom gave a different kind of thanks. He went to Laos with World Vision to meet the 10 children he's "adopted". Since the launch of this campaign to bring more awareness to the poverty in Laos less than a month ago, over 4500 people in Taiwan have signed up to sponsor a child.
