Burj Al Barajneh is a Palestinian Refugee Camp, located in Beirut/ Lebanon. Burj Al Barajneh is 1 square kilometer wide and has 20000 residents. I stayed there this summer for three weeks for my video projects. While I was there I had the great Help of an NGO, Women Humanitarian Organization. This NGO is one of the rare politically independent NGO's for Palestinian refugees. The founder of the NGO, is Olfat Mahmoud, who has studied Medicine and herself was born and raised in the camp. The conversation with her goes from her childhood to her opinion on Feminism, Israel Etc.

Hatem is a young man who struggles in life, he works in a public sector association and loves Madiha who faces many problems with her parents because they would not let them get married especially her mother who puts obstacles to stop such marriage, and in parallel there is Olfat, Madiha's friend, who tries to advise her but she falls in love with Hatem's friend, but refuses him because they are not financially equal. On the opposite, there is Oussa, Hatem's ex-girlfriend who is involved in a murder and calls for Hatem's help who is in big troubles because of her.
