Hooping On One Leg - Trick Progress Vlog


So, I'm a mermaid trying to learn how to use my legs for the first time. It's a work in progress. I filmed these clips at the beginning of this summer, on the days that I practised any hoop at all (whether it was an hour or just five minutes) until I could consistently do the trick, (in this case one leg hooping), and shoved them all together to document my progress. It's taken me this long to get round to adding the final few clips and posting it, so here it is. Wanted to do this to remind myself (and others) that anything is possible if you practise hard enough, no matter how hopeless or impossible it seems as first. Oh and secondy because I thought my friends might like to see me falling over (I fall over a lot in this), because most of the time I know they only see me as the image of grace and tranquility...
