How to "quickly" make an Origami Magic Ball

As it is kind of criminal not to let you in on the fast track to the Magic Ball, I decided to make a new video showing in detail how to do the collapse/ crumpling bit and also using a much quicker precreasing method. So instead of 6 hours doing all the tiny creases one by one, you can do it using this method in "only" 2 hours or so ; ) Music by www.pacdv.com/sounds/

Instant Origami Magic Trick - Easy To Do - Paper Magic Tutorial - Perform Today

www.birthday-party-magician.com #51 Instant Origami Magic Trick . The Instant Origami Magic Trick is another really good use for the Paper Bag Trick you might have seen earlier on at Magician School. There are many uses for this simple transformation device that are limited by only two factors: The size of the objects you place in the bag and your imagination. I will post more magic videos using this change bag soon. If you haven't been to The Paper Bag Trick yet, make sure you do because there is a good lesson about showing the paper bag empty. I used the same principle in the Instant Origami Magic Trick.Julian's Magician School has easy magic tricks, funny stuff to make them entertaining plus lots of confidence boosting tips to help you do magic shows. Full of magic tricks, card tricks, coin tricks, rope tricks, paper magic, mind tricks, optical illusions, free magic downloads at www.birthday-party-magician.com. Click on Julian's Magician School. Julian is a professional magician and family guy. He doesn't do magic like Criss Angel and David Blaine. Why? Here's the secret they don't like you to know. Their cool magic is only for TV and YouTube. True. Their street magic scares people off in the real world. It's fun to watch but remember they create illusions. I'll help you take beginner magic tricks (or all the legend cool tricks you have learnt on YouTube) and turn them into something you can use to make people laugh. Origami Magic Hat (Rabbit in a Hat) by Jeremy Shafer

This tutorial is for my Magic Hat which I designed for Round 1 of the origami episode of TV Champion, a Japanese Survivor-esque TV show in which I competed with four other origamists in Japan. Here is the video of Round 1: www.youtube.com (you can also view rounds 2 and 3 on the same channel) The Magic Hat that I made on the show was from a 39-inch square of paper, but the model in this tutorial video is from a 14-inch square. Thanks to Sean19996 for requesting that I make this tutorial.

Difficulty: ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ (High Intermediate) This video demonstrates how to fold an Origami Magic Ball designed by Kade Chan. This is one of the most well known origami models on YouTube, however not many of the tutorials went into great detail on how to fold each part. This video will explain each part of the Magic Ball in a very detailed manner. I hope you enjoy the videos, and if you have any questions about the magic ball, please comment below or send me a message! Thanks for watching! Also, special thanks to Kade Chan for giving me permission to create this video! Please visit Kade Chan's website at: tw.myblog.yahoo.com and his Flickr Photostream at: www.flickr.com FAQ: Q: Can I use A4 (printer paper) to fold the magic ball? A: Yes, but you will have to cut it (since A4 has the dimensions of 8.5" x 11", which is not 1:2 ratio). To make the largest rectangle from a sheet of A4, cut the paper to the dimensions of 11" x 5.5." If this is your first time folding the magic ball, however, I would not recommend using paper this size. See the next question for information on how to purchase larger paper. --------- Q: I do not have paper that is 20cm x 40cm or larger. Where can I purchase such large paper? A: Kraft paper is a cheap type of paper that typically comes in large rolls. It can be purchased in practically any office or arts and crafts store, and it is relatively inexpensive. How to do Origami Magic Ball Creasing

This video should help to make and understand the folds in the origami "magic ball", diagram: tw.myblog.yahoo.com To make this origami magic ball you should use 20x40cm (instead of the 9x9 cm memo paper shown) and fold it in 20 x 40 squares (instead of the 8x8 squares shown). Note that the diagram shows only 9 horizontal mountain folds, it is however easier to make it 19 (20 rows) as this facilitates some of the diagonal folds. To create the ball it must be taped or glued. It is should also be possible to make it using 16 x 32 squares in which case you don't need to measure or print the diagram on your paper (you can fold the verticals as shown in this vid).
