This is one of the more underrated Tool songs. It is tricky on drums, as all Tool songs are, but does not have any of the really hard sections that are so prevalent with Tool. I like the lack of repetition in the song and how Danny underplays to really make the song work. It iscritical that every drummer develop their own unique style and interpretation. Therefore, I do not memorize any song exactly. I have spent 30 years playing drums and have developed my own style, which I prefer. I keep my playing within the framework of the song and will play a part exact if that part is either iconic (like Phil Collins' “In The Air Tonight”) or critical to the success of the song. The Queen of Gospel would tag team with the King of Gospel, the late Rev. James Cleveland and make the album, "Please Be Patient With Me" This album was done one year before Rev. Cleveland would pass away. The album was performed live in Walker's hometown of Chicago, Illinois. By this time, Walker was now the pioneer in gospel music and offering inspiration to future gospel artists by spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. I do not own this song, nor am I seeking monetary gains or publicity. I hope this song ministers to you, as we pay tribute and celebrate the life of Dr. Albertina Walker.
