I was very impressed with the Polycom CX300 Office Communicator phone. -Very solid feel, sits firmly on your desk -Nice white, backlit, Hi-res graphical display -Great Wide Band audio and speaker phone -Mike picks up great -No drivers required -Integral USB cable Cons -If you don't have OCS Enterprise Voice turned on, picking up the handset does NOT answer Communicator call or hangup. (you need to click on Communcator to answer) -On same token the presence LED/Logo on the CX300 doesn't work either -Need a PC for the phone to work.
