Georges St-Pierre was born on May 19, 1981 in Saint-Isidore, Quebec, to Roland and Pauline St-Pierre. He had a difficult childhood, attending a school where others would steal his clothes and money. He started learning Kyokushin karate at age seven from his father and later from a Kyokushin Karate Master to defend himself against a school bully. He took up wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after his karate teacher died and also trained in boxing. Before turning pro as a mixed-martial artist, St-Pierre worked as a bouncer at a Montreal night club in the South Shore called Fuzzy Brossard and as a garbageman for six months to pay for his school fees. St-Pierre has trained with a number of groups in a large variety of gyms throughout his fighting career. Prior to his fight with BJ Penn at UFC 58, he trained at the Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in New York City. St-Pierre received his brown belt in BJJ from Renzo Gracie on July 21, 2006. In September 2008, St-Pierre earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Bruno Fernandes. Atomic billet steel conrods were designed from scratch with one principle in mind; use aerospace quality materials and sophisticated manufacturing processes to produce an extremely strong, light and durable connecting rod for the popular inline 6 cylinder Ford SOHC/DOHC engines, at an affordable price. The Design and Evaluation Process The Atomic engineering team set out to address these parameters by designing what many performance engine builders are now calling the finest conrod on the market for the Ford DOHC 6 cylinder engine. Extensive CAD/CAM computer modelling was employed and produced a H-Beam design, which has an extremely high stiffness-to-mass ratio. The next step was to pick the correct materials, heat treatment and surface treatment processes to ensure durability under rigorous performance applications. Next came FEA modelling (Finite element analysis) to simulate stresses on the conrods. This also entailed weighing every piston, gudgeon pin and ring set on the market and loading this information, plus stroke, rotating and reciprocating conrod values into our computer modelling software to calculate the stresses. The greatest load exerted on a conrod in an engine producing 600 comes not from the force of normal combustion but from the tensile force exerted by the piston at top dead centre (TDC). At 5250 RPM the piston exerts a tensile load on the conrod of 1908 gs (-1693 kgs) at split overlap TDC reversal. If you increase maximum engine speed by only 1000 <b>...</b>

The most famous program of Dunya News 'Hasb-e-Haal', Sohail Ahmad aka Azizi will be awarded with Presidential medal for Pride of Performance for best performance in television industry. Two days earlier President Asif Ali Zardari on the occasion of Independence Day also conferred 209 Civil Awards on Pakistani citizens and Foreign Nationals for excellence in various fields of activities. Among these citizens were also included senior anchor person of Dunya News Najam Sethi who will be given the highest civilian award Hilal-e-Imtiaz along with director current affairs Dunya News Naseem Zehra who will be awarded with Sitara-e-Imtiaz. The investiture ceremony for the awards will take place on the coming Pakistan Day (March 23, 2011). They have been conferred with these awards for contributing their efforts in journalism. Najam Sethi has already received three international awards for his efforts in journalism; where as he has also been imprisoned thrice while fighting against the rights of media and democracy. Najam Sethi is presently the editor in chief for Dunya News and Friday Times. These days he is also the anchor person for Dunya News program 'Tonight with Najam Sethi'; where as Naseem Zehra has also been associated with Harvard University Asia centre and Cambridge University.
