Energy Movie .wmv

Physical Science project, about ENERGY (: There are 9 types of energy. Energy forms are either kinetic or potential. Kinetic energy forms are doing work like electrical, thermal, radiant, motion, and sound. Potential energy comes in forms that are stored including chemical, gravitational, mechanical, and nuclear. Electrical Energy is what is stored in a battery, and can be used to power a cell phone or start a car. Electrical energy is delivered by tiny charged particles called electrons, typically moving through a wire. Lightning is an example of electrical energy in nature. Electrical energy can be produced in several ways. It can be produced by a generator but it can also be produced by a battery in a chemical reaction. Some objects that use electrical energy are television, toaster, microwave, computer and cell phones. Thermal Energy, or heat, is the vibration and movement of the atoms and molecules in objects. As an object is heated up, its atoms and molecules move and collide faster. Geothermal energy is the thermal energy in the Earth. The sun is the biggest source for thermal energy. Some examples of Thermal energy are A fire, rubbing your hands together causing friction, and boiling water. Radiant Energy is electromagnetic energy that travels in waves. Radiant energy includes visible light, x-rays, gamma rays and radio waves. Light is one type of radiant energy. Sunshine is radiant energy, which provides the fuel and warmth that make life on Earth possible ...

Isha Foundation - Inner Engineering Video

"As we have physical science to create external well-being there is a whole inner dimension of science to create inner well being. I call it Inner Engineering." - SADHGURU Inner Engineering - the peak of wellbeing Inner Engineering is offered as an intensive program for personal growth. The program and its environment establish the possibility to explore the higher dimensions of life and offers tools to re-engineer one's self through the inner science of yoga. Once given the tools to rejuvenate, people can optimize all aspects of health, inner growth and success. For those seeking professional and personal excellence, this program offers keys for meaningful and fulfilling relationships at work, home, community, and most importantly, within one's self. Inner Engineering can be thought of as a synthesis of holistic sciences to help participants establish an inner foundation and vision for all dimensions of life and find the necessary balance between the challenges of a hectic career and the inner longing for peace and well being. The approach is a modern antidote to stress, and presents simple but powerful processes from yogic science to purify the system and increase health and inner well being. Program components include guided meditations and transmission of the sacred Shambhavi Maha Mudra. When practiced on a regular basis, these tools have the potential to enhance one's experience of life on many levels. Health * Optimize health and vitality * Reduce stress * Promote ...

Alkali metals in water, accurate!

For anyone who insists it is fake, www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aD6HwUE2c0 and stop giving me a headache. Watch to the end for the best (Cesium!)! A wonderful representation of the alkali metals and their accurate reactivity with water. unlike brainiac, who did infact use explosives in their episode for rubidium and cesium. Very worth a watch.
