Oakley Plaintiff vs. Ray Ban

This is my review for Oakley Plaintiff with polarized lenses. I compare them to Ray Ban 3267 so you can see the differences. Generally, I recommend both, I love the lenses from Oakley! The model in the review is OO4057-07

The People's Court | "Teething", (The plaintiff is out of control!) pt. 1

A 2001 episode of The People's Court, plaintiffs Earnestine Foy and her daughter, Nicole are suing Valencia McClellan and her daughter, Tiffanie for $1000 worth of dental work that the plaintiffs claim was Tiffanie's fault. Valencia has filed a countersuit for $3000 for theft of personal information. But while this case goes on, it is obvious that Earnestine is so emotional, she loses control in the courtroom!

Journalist, Plaintiff Chris Hedges Hails "Monumental" Ruling on NDAA Indefinite Detention

DemocracyNow.org - In a rare move, a federal judge has struck down part of a controversial law signed by President Obama that gave the government the power to indefinitely detain anyone it considers a terrorism suspect anywhere in the world without charge or trial -- including US citizens. Judge Katherine Forrest of the Southern District of New York ruled the indefinite detention provision of the National Defense Authorization Act likely violates the First and Fifth Amendments of US citizens. We speak with Chris Hedges, a journalist who filed the suit challenging the NDAA along with six others, and Bruce Afran, the group's attorney. "This is another window into the steady assault against civil liberties," Hedges says. "What makes [the ruling] so monumental is that finally, we have a federal judge who stands up for the rule of law." The People's Court | "Teething", (The plaintiff is out of control!) pt. 2

Judge Milian is so fed up, she warns the plaintiff that she will be taken out of the courtroom if she doesn't calm down. Despite her actions, I'm thinking this is a very funny case in either case as it continues

Empire Mock Trial Round 3 Plaintiff Closing Argument performed by Logan May (Wyoming Seminary)

Logan May performs Wyoming Seminary's Closing Argument for the Plaintiff in the third round of the 2011 Empire Mock Trial Tournament in New York City. The case was about a defamatory statement alleging the murder of a professor by a gubernatorial candidate. The reporter who published the broadcast made several inflammatory statements, which May quotes to begin the argument. The theme "They distort, and they decide," established in the opening statement (not seen here) that was carried by May into the closing is a parody on Fox's slogan "We report, you decide." Try your best to ignore the facial expressions of the girl in the yellow shirt. She apparently didn't feel good about being on the opposing side... Also, be sure to check out the rebuttal!
