Pontins Camber sands 2010
People here is a video of Pontins Camber sands self catering apartments. You must go and visit camber sands as u do get a lot for your money your looking at one of there £100 budget apartments. If you are not wanting a very cheap but fun holiday then this isn't for you. The place is very old but you do get a great holiday "crap holiday" that's what people are saying but take it from me camber sands is very good the people are great fun it really is entertainment for adults and children. Around the site they have a lot of activity's ie Go karting swimming, pools, pubs, arcades, parks , crazy golf , golf . beach , play areas and very friendly staff, Camber sands really is a great cheap holiday for adults and children.

This was our holiday chalet in Pontins. Was very disappointed in it as it was grim. It hadn`t been cleaned and there was rubbish on the floor and no cleaning utensils to tidy it up. The kitchen had inadequate equipment, the cooker didn`t work properly, the beds were hard and stained. Although we requested ground floor as we had a disabled person with us, we were given a chalet on the top floor. Staff refused to move us. Although we pre-booked at full price, chalets were given to people who just turned up at a very cheaper rate....although they said they gad no chalets to move us. All in all a bad experience. I used to love Pontins, but standards have slipped badly!!!

The Stranglers convention 2001 was held on the 14th, 15th & 16th of September. It was held at Pontins Holiday Centre Brean Sands. Some of the highlights of the weekend were the Stranglers acoustic & full electric sets that were performed on consecutive nights plus JJ Burnels acoustic set, Baz Warnes The Sundevils playing live plus many special events throughout the weekend, on top of all this Pontins TV was televised to all accommodation with interviews, special features and live performances, these are some snippets that were broadcast.

Anne Robinson Goes Head to Head With Woman From Pontins Following A Watchdog Report
Quick Background: Watchdog received more than 100 complaints from Pontins Customers in 2011 about problems during their stays including bad smells in the accommodation, dirty bathrooms, grimy carpets, holes in the walls, stains on the bedding and blood on the curtains. Watchdog investigated and not only confirmed the problems inside the accommodation, but outside of the apartments they found run-down public toilets, grimy floors, dirty chairs, disused chairs around the park and litter by the crazy golf. After broadcasting the footage to their 4.5million viewers [www.youtube.com Watchdog invited Eileen Downey from Britannia Hotel Group who own Pontins to respond to the complaints. Suffice to say it was quickly apparent that this was no normal interview: whereas many businesses who feature on Watchdog are apologetic to customers in response to complaints, Ms Downey took a very different stance and launched a scolding vendetta against Anne Robinson and Watchdog for their report. On the 13th July 2009 the Pontin's Bluecoats caused chaos as they descended on London in an open top bus to spread some Pontin's cheer throughout the capital. With Cliff Richard and The Shadows in tow they brightened up everyones day and gave away some fantastic Pontin's holiddays to the people of London.
