I recorded 1 of 600 Porsche 997 GT3 RS 4.0! The 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is the final evolution of the 997 and features a 4.0 litre engine with 507hp and 460Nm torque. The sprint from 0 to 100km/h takes 3.9 seconds and the topspeed is 311km/h! In this video you also see and hear the Porsche 997 GT3 (Mk.II) 3.8 and the ''old'' 997 GT3. Just made this to show the nordschleife, my driving with the xbox wheel and the incredible sound of the factory standard GT3 RS in the game. Made plenty of errors, and only noticed after looking at the video that ABS was on. Only driven a couple of laps yet on the ring, current best is 8.04 with all aids off accept clutch. No Grass Warnings, or whatever the Triangle with ! in it is :) Enjoy, i know i did :)

The first part of the video is about some nice and loud trackday cars that I saw during these three Sunday speed day of January at Monza racetrack. You can see and hear 2 very loud Porsches. They are both 997 GT3 RS mk1 version and they have modified exhaust. The first one has a complete Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup exhaust, the matte black one has X-Ost exhaust. Then you see one of the best track day cars, the Radical SR8 LM. It has a V8 engine, constructed by combining elements of Suzuki inline-4s, that produced about 360hp. This car set the road legal car lap record at the Nurburgring circuit. There's also another great trackday car that you can see that is the Lotus 2-Eleven. I've recorded the start up and an acceleration when it was going on the track. In the last part of the video there are some crazy and funny scenes after the conclusion of the last speed day (30/01/2011). I film two examples of Porsche's final version of the 997, the GT3 RS 4.0, at the November 2011 Caffeine and Octane car show. The RS 4.0 dispatches the "regular" GT3 RS's naturally-aspirated 3.8 liter flat-six for a 4.0 liter version producing 500 hp and 339 lb.-ft. of torque. Only 600 RS 4.0s will be made... One example is white, while the other is a black version; which one would you take? Hope you like the video!
