This is a Music Video I created as my Final project for my Typography III Class. Check out my work at wix.com/jesijean/portfolio The lyrics were inspired by the character Norman Bates in the movie Psycho so I designed this with Saul Bass in mind since he was the graphic designer that created much of Alfred Hitchcocks Movie Posters. I am not and editor nor am I an animator, but I think I got by pretty well. I love this song and surprisingly enough I did not get sick of it while spent about a weeks worth of time creating it. Hope you enjoy it.

On Tuesday 18th August 2009, with every seat and all standing room occupied, the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain played to a sold-out Royal Albert Hall in London, with over 6000 audience members, and well over 1000 of them bringing ukuleles to join in with Beethoven's "Ode to Joy". Stop Making Sense (1984) is a concert movie featuring Talking Heads live on stage. Directed by Jonathan Demme, it was shot over the course of three nights at Hollywood's Pantages Theater in December of 1983, as the group was touring to promote their new album Speaking in Tongues. The movie is notable for being the first made entirely utilizing digital audio techniques. The band raised the budget of $1.2 million themselves. The title comes from the lyrics of the song "Girlfriend is Better": "As we get older and stop making sense...". The film is hailed by many as being "one of the greatest rock movies ever made"

A music video I had to do for a group project in my first semester of TV broadcasting at Algonquin College. It's the song 'Psycho Killer" by the Talking Heads (we had to use a song from the 70's). I produced, directed and edited it. I also appear in it as the 'Killer'. I wanted it to feel like the movie 'American Psycho'. We ran into alot of problems during production but overall I think it still turned out okay.
