Full Throttle Friday went of with a bang, Pac Perforamance puttting on 2 stunning runs with an opening of a 7.0sec pass, then following up on a world record 6.58@208mph, not to forget blown v8s, Rotors, Maatouks back to back runs pushing the car to its limits almost derailing the car in one of the attemps, Sadek rx3 finally back on the blacktrack showing us what he does best with hudge burnouts and consistant times. Alexandra marinescu has been doing some dj work,those pictures were taken whilst in england in bournmouth i think,maybe, Daniella sofronie has graduated from university and is now coaching. Jamie Dantzscher is now the assistant coach at arizona and i think is specializing on coaching eam and floor.After the 2000 olympics she went on to have one of the greates collegite carrers,becoming the first gymnast ever to score a perfect 10 in her first collegite game <b>...</b>

I finally got the splits! yay! lol when you are at gymnastics three times a week u learn fast. READ THIS! It will help you trust me! when doing the splits you need to stretch everyday! Even if you already have the splits you have to keep stretching or your hamstrings could tighten up again. Another way would be setting all your weight on one side of your body. A way that really helped me was by sliding down into the splits as i did in the video. When you slide down into the splits you are puttting all ur body weight on ur muscles and since ur sliding you can't stop. So when you slide into ur splits you go as far as you can go, and sometimes that mean all the way!

Testing a Friend's Camry Around SoW (4/30/2011)
Yes, I took a mommy grocery-getter around a racetrack. And yes, it has the normal V6 1MZ engine with a OEM TRD supercharger puttting down 240whp (270hp at the flywheel), TEIN Super Street coilovers, some 225-wide KDW2 tires on some 16" wheels and had the benchseats removed (where the kids would normally go), but it managed a 1:35.9 (with another passenger) around the track with me driving earlier in the day. I wished I got it on film along with the 1:35.9 lap, but there was footage of me getting pointed-by by BMW and Lotus drivers. Makes me wonder what those drivers were thinking as the Camry shuffled past them. Track: The Streets of Willow Springs (CW w/ Blowpass and Bowl)
