This dish is so flavorful and is, wheat free, gluten free, soy free and dairy free! 4 1/3 ounces bread crumbs, gluten free, organic 5/8 cup rice millk-organic-unsweetened, organic 1 7/8 pounds turkey breast, boneless and skinless, ground 2 3/8 tablespoons garlic cloves, minced 1 1/8 teaspoons oregano, organic 1 1/8 teaspoons parsley, organic 1 1/8 teaspoons red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 1/16 whole red bell pepper, minced 3/8 whole red onion, minced Stuffing 1 1/2 ounces spinach 1 1/2 ounces onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 2 teaspoons fresh oregano 3 cups pasta sauce, see attached recipe 1 pounds rice noodles In the mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, rice milk, ground turkey, garlic, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, red onion, red bell pepper, pepper, and sea salt. Mix ingredients by hand to combine well. Divide meat mixture into medium size patties. Mix together spinach stuffing in a bowl and spoon on half of the patties. Then take the other half of the patties and place on top of spinach stuffing. Cook patties on a waxed large cookie sheet and cook or 20-25 minutes ir until done at 350. Remove patties.
