This is The Rack Workout Station. I just purchased this item about 2 days ago. While in Target looking for something else. I am not an athlete, I am 5'6 about 210 lbs full time student part time job so my week is pretty tight with time. My goal is to document my progress with The Rack. This is just a test video and the next one will be me working out and basically seeing where I stand as far as my body. This will be a 3 month process which I will document once a week on progress. Hopefully good viewer feedback will make this go by smoother.

He is selling them online like crazy. I told my boyfriend I can do my own version and make it funny! So I spent $20 for a real walker and got a walking cane for free from the classifieds. I like to workout... just not this kind. I would never make it through a workout with a walker w/out laughing!!!
