This is video from the Rafferty Dam that feeds SaskPower the water needed to cool its generators. This dam also affects flow to the Souris River, which is flooding the nearby city of Estevan and as far away as Minot, North Dakota. I said on the video the flow was 300 cubic metres per second, actually its 450 cubic metres per second, which is 1589.16 cubic feet per second, which is close to 7132500 US gallons. The dam is 3 metres from capacity(1 foot). Lets hope it doesn't break, that would be devastating.
