King Dasrath and his army receive a tumultuous welcome in Ayodhya on their victory in a battle with neighbouring kingdom. Dasraths subjects hail him with cries of praise and adulation. His three queens express their relief and joy on his victorious return. The triumphant soldiers are welcomed back by their families. Their wives apply auspicious Vermillion tilaks on the foreheads of the men as a mark of respect and celebration on their safe and successful return. Their children touch their feet respectfully. King Dastrath is happy to see the reunion and observe the warmth of the soldiers families. He overhears a little boy telling his father that he too would like to go to the battlefield with his father to protect him. His parents hug him with pride. The childs concern for his father touches a sensitive chord in Dasraths heart. In his palace he muses over the childs words. Daasrath is in the ancestors room in the palace. He looks at the statues of his ancestors and his eyes turn moist as the thought gnaws him that he is childless and there is no son in his life to feel proud of him and take on the mantle of royal responsibilities. He wonders what would have happened had he been killed in the battle.I have no son to continue Raghuvansh lineage he tells the ancestors quietly in a choked voice. The three Queens enter the chamber and Dasrath shares his sad thoughts with them. Sage Vashisht arrives at this point and the all knowing sage tells Dasrath no to despair. He advises <b>...</b>

All the four kids are named and are appreciated by Gurudev. He is continuously singing songs of their praises & future & gives them lots of blessings. Dasrath plays with his kids & forgets all his worries. Even the Maharanis are pampering the kids, showering love on them them, taking utmost care of them. Gurudev informs that Ram will be loved the most by people round the globe & would be evrybody's favourite. Manthra again tires to ignite the feeling of despair & hatred in Keikai, but again fails as Keikai loves Ram the most & forgets evrything when he is with her. Dashrath cannnot live without seeing ram, his day starts with Ram & does not end without Ram. Dasrath, Kaushalya, Sumitra & Keikai are playing with Ram in morning & suddenly he gets up on his own feet & starts walking. Everybody is surprised & on cloud nine. Keikai takes him in her arms & he addresses her as "MAA", his first words are " MAA" for Keikai. she loves him, kisses him, hugs him as she is very happy that Ram called her "MAA" first.

Dashrath is convinced that the sight of Rams face in the morning augurs well for him. Everything turns out right for him during the day. Rams brothers also listen to him and follow his advice. When all four of them are in the mango orchard shooting down mangoes with their arrows, a quarrel ensues between Lakshman and Shatrughan over who has brought down more mangoes. Was it Bharats arrow or Rams arrow? Ram intervenes and calms down his brothers. He tells them that the mangoes will be shared by all equally. Manthra, the royal maid, continues her mischief. She is all for Bharat becoming king. She leads little Bharat to the Royal Court and points out to the throne saying that it will be his one day. Wide eyed with disbelief Bharat stares at her and says: No Ram bhaiya will be king. Ram and his brothers want to meet the people of Ayodhya and be part of their happiness and sorrow. Dashrath asks Sumant to take them to the city on the occasion of Vasant Panchami festival so that they can mix with common folk and be part of their festivities. In the city Ram receives a tilak on his forehead from an old lady. He sees a boy crying as his grandfather is unwell. Ram goes to meet the ailing grandfather and promises to take care of the little boy, so that the old man can die peacefully. On his way back to the palace Ram asks Sumant about Death. What is Death? Do we all have to die? He asks at the end of this episode, the location shifts to Mithila, the kingdom of Janak Raja, where Sita <b>...</b>

Ram & his brothers are welcomed by the inmates of the gurukul which include other boys, animals and birds. Gurumata Arundhati takes charge of them like a mother. In Dashraths palace in Ayodhya there is a void and silence without the playful princes. Kaushalya gives instructions to prepare food for Ram and his brothers forgetting that they are away. In the gurukul the princes are homesick. They want to go home but Ram tells them that they have to complete their education and go home as worthy youth, prepared to take on the responsibility of running the kingdom. If they go back now, Ram tells Shatrughan, they will lose the respect and love of the people of Ayodhya. The gurukul shiksha begins for the princes of Ayodhya. In mithila, Sita and her sisters are playing outside the temple. Sita goes to the Shiv Dhanush and places flowers on it. What have you done? screams Urmila. A royal guest is coming for Shiv Dhanush puja and you have done it before his arrival? Sita smiles and tells Urmila not to worry. We will welcome the royal guest she says sweetly. In a short while Raja Janak, Sunaina and the royal guest Raja Sudhanwa arrive. He looks at Sita. Raja Sudhanwa is a proud man. When the havan is completed, Raja Sudhanwa is asked to do the Shiv Dhanush puja. Raja Sudhanwa tells Janak Raja proudly that he will take the Dhanush to his kingdom and do the puja there. Arundhati lovingly serves dinner. Bharat says the food is delicious. He says it is like the food his mother cooks at home. Vivaswan shouts at Bharat saying there is only one mother for everybody. She is ones own mother. Vashisht stops Vivaswan from talking more. When Vivaswan is out of the room, Guru Vashisht tells Ram that Vivaswan is good at heart. He has been a victim of circumstances. He lost his own mother and his father remarried. Kausalya, Kaikeyi and Sumitra do aradhana of King Dashrath on Guru Purnima day. They seek his permission to go to Guru Vashishts ashram on the occasion to offer worship to Guru Vashisht. Actually they are longing to see their sons and it is a chance they dont want to miss on the pretext of offering puja to Guru Vashisht. When they reach the ashram they are stopped from entering the Gurukul. Guru Vashisht tells them that the princes are well, doing extremely well in their education and at present have gone to seek bhiksha (alms) which is part of the education. The queens are shocked. Ram and his brothers are in front of a house asking for bhiksha. The householder sees God in Ram and he is in a state of bewilderment. How can God who feeds us all ask for bhiksha, he asks himself? Back in the place the queens are unable to savour the food as they are haunted by the memory of their sons seeking bhiksha. Queen Kausalya has no appetite and Dashrath tries to feed her lovingly. In mithila, Sita goes to the Shiv Dhanush and places flowers on it. Bhagwan Prashuram doing tapasya on Mahendra Parbat. Sitas sisters sees the flowers on Shiv dhanush and asks to Sita - What have you done? screams Urmila. A royal guest is coming for Shiv Dhanush puja and you have done it before his arrival? A storm occurs in Mithila. With the storm, Parashuram appears in Janaks palace. There is a great welcome for him. He tells Janak that he was doing tapasya on Mahendra Parbat when Lord Shiva appeared before him and told him to have a darshan of Shiv Dhanush which is in Mithila. Sita asks Parashuram whether he will take the Dhanush away. Parashuram looks at Sita and he realises that it is the wish of God that the Dhanush is in Mithila. He bows before the Dhanush and feels that he is bowing before Lord Shiva. He takes leave of Janak and disappears. Sita wants to know from her father the story of the Dhanush. Janak now narrates the story of Tripur to everybody. Ram is playing the Veena in Gurukul. The students, Mata Arundhati and even the birds come to listen to him. In Mithila, Sita and her sisters are taking lessons in music from Gargi Devi. They sing in praise of Vishnu. In the Gurukul, Ram continues to play the Veena even after the song is over. Sita is dancing before the murti of Vishnu. She is dancing to music which she alone can hear. Suddenly she falls at the feet of the murti. Ram has stopped playing the Veena. Grown up Sita is doing Arti in Gauri Devis Mandir with her three young sisters. Janak with Sunaina come there. The three queens of Ayodhya are worshipping the Sun at sunrise praying for their children. They ask Dashrath when their education will end. Dashrath replies that there is an end to everything and so their education also will end. Guru vashishth is teaching Ram and all the students Yoga abhyas (7 Chakras) and about birth and death, and also about life which is a journey from birth to death. Guru Vashisht describes the creation of the universe and the princes are wrapped in attention as the narration goes on. Suddenly Nandini, the cow, comes rushing, raising a lot of dust and she starts banging her head on the trees around the ashram. There is consternation as each tree turns into a rakshash. Ram picks up his dhanush and the demons fly away in fear. Nandini chases them on the ground. Ram asks Vashisht how Nandini could see what others couldnt see. Guru Vashisht tells him that the demons were sent by Dashanan Ravan to spy on them and find out if any yagya was being performed to acquire Anivak weapons. Lakshman asks Arundhati about Nandinis powers. How did she know that the trees were actually demons? Arundhati tells them about Nandini who is Kamadhenus daughter. She also tells them about Kamadhenu and Rishi Vishwamitra who was a proud Samrat before he became a Rishi. There is a sudden commotion and a chariot enters with Raja Adityanath seated in it. Ram comes to Guru Vashishths kutia in the night and sees him sleeping. He imagines his father, king Dashrath, sleeping and starts pressing Vashishts feet. Vashishth gets up and, seeing Ram, asks him what he is doing. Ram tells him that he sees his fathers image in him. During their talk, Vashisht tells him that his father too must be remembering him but as a king he bust be controlling his emotions. He knows that you being looked after here and education is as important as prayer and the people of Ayodhya have to have learned kings. It will help you to keep good ideals before the people of world and make sure that they follow them forever. Guru mata Arundhati is doing some work when Ram and his brothers bring flowers for pooja and fruits for her. She becomes very emotional; there are tears in her eyes as she knows they will be leaving soon. But she also knows that parting is inevitable. They take her blessings and as she turns to go they hear the sound of her sobs. The four brothers become very emotional. In Ayodhya the three queens come to Dashrath and tell him that they cant live without their sons. Dashrath tells them that their education is almost over and they will be here very soon. They are very excited hearing this. In the Gurukul Ram and his brothers are talking about their going back to Ayodhya. A Rishi messenger has come to Ayodhya from gurukul and says that Vashisht has asked for the Princely dresses of the Rajkumars as they will soon return after completing <b>...</b>

Ram Laxman Bharat & Shatrughan are sitting with their mothers and chatting about each other. All are praising ram that his touch is magical. Sumanth comes & informs them that maharshi vishvamitra has come & will be leaving at the earliest. moreover he adds that he wants Ram to go with him to his ashram to fight & beat the demons subahu & marich & dasrath is convinced & ready to send him. All are stunned on the thought how could dasrath allow this as Ram is too young & has just returned from gurukul. But Ram insists on going as he does not want dasraths promise & words to go in vein. He wants to obey them. Sunitra tells Laxman to go alongwith Ram & be as his shadow. Manthra is glad that Ram & Laxman are going as she is assured that Ram will not be able to face the power of demons & will be killed, so Bharat will automatically become the King. Vishvamitra meets all four brothers & Dasrath tells Ram to go along with him. Laxman takes Dasraths permission to alongwoth Ram. Ram & Laxman leave taking their mothers blessings. All three Queens question Dasrath on how he let go Ram & Laxman. Dasrath replies that it was not easy for him also, but being a King he had to give whatever maharshi asked, moreover he was given the assurance that Ram is born for the betterment of humanity & the world. Vishvamitra tells Ram & Laxman about river Ganga & how it came on earth.

Sita alongwith the rest of the family is worshiping Lord Vishnu. Maharshi tells Janak that the time has arrived & he should invite various Kings for swayamvar of Sita. Sita gives first invitation to God before any other King is invited. Vishwamitra tells Ram & Laxman that once they get the full knowledge about mantraas, they will never face any health problems & will be able to defeat any bad evils. He imparts them the knowledge and jyoti punj from sky rests in Ram & Laxman. Dasrath halucinates & imagines Ram Laxman Bharat & Shatrughan coming towards him but soon realises that they are not with him. Ram Laxman alongwith Vishwamita reach a forest, on their way, where there is not even a single human being. They wonder about it & ask Vishwamitra about it. Vishwamita tells them that its because of a demon called Taadka (a huge giant like dangerous demon) that no rishi or human can do tapasya or puja there. No mantraas or shlokas are effective there & only Ram can defeat her. later they enter a dark tunnel where huge footsteps of Taadka are visible. Ram creates thunder with his bow & Taadka wakes up. Ram & Laxman strike an arrow on Taadka when she opens her huge mouth to eat them. Taadka tries to destroy them by all means. Vishwamitra tells Ram that he would not get any curse by killing Taadka as killing her would lead to her salvation. So Ram strikes an arrow upon her & she is destroyed. Then a beautiful lady appears from the ashes of Taadka who thanks Ram for giving her <b>...</b>

Ram Laxman reach vishwamitra's ashram with him. Ram & Laxman guard the rishis maharshis while they are conducting yagya. The two devils Subahu & Marich get to know that Vishwamitra is again conducting yagya, so they again decide of disturbing him. They plan to kill Ram & Laxman thinking they are still young to fight them back. Ram & Laxman strike arrows to them & Marich is flown off by the arrow, seeing this even Subahu flees away. Then the whole crowd of demons (rakshas) surrounds them. Ram & Laxman are unsuccesful to stop them. Laxman creates a boundary of arrows of fire around the yagya place so that they cannot enter it. The devils got burnt to ashes & all got destroyed. Finally Ram strikes arrow towards the demon & yagya is succesfully completed resulting to the birth of three astra shastra which is given to Ram by Vishwanitra. Sita's sisters inform her that swayamvar will start soon & Shivdhanush is to be lifted in order to marry her which nobody they know of can lift it. Sita gets tensed & prays to Lord Vishnu to come for her swayamavr.

Ram & Sita are staring at the moon from their respective rooms & see each other's face in it. Ram confesses to Laxman that till date he had never been attracted to any girl, but now he feels something after seeing Sita. His heart has become restless & he halucinates her everywhere. Sita's sisters tease her & claim her to be in Ram's thoughts from whole day. Janak & his wife are tensed about Sita's future, if nobody will be able to lift the ShivDhanush. Janak & his wife go to see Sita when she is fast asleep & gets nostalgic, remebers her birth, childhood & all other moments. Next mornig, ShivDhanush is worshipped before the swayamvar & Vishwamitra asks Ram Laxman to go to the swayamvar & claims that the one who is SHIV himself will only be able to lift the ShivDhanush. Laxman is assured that Ram would only be able to lift the ShivDhanush as he is the only one in the whole world to be blessed by many & has defeated the most cruel demons, there is nobody as strong & perfect as RAM.

Sitas sisters Urmila, Mandvi and Shrutkirti are teasing Sita about Ram, saying that she will forget them once she marries Ram. Then suddenly they all become emotional, as they realise the truth that Sita will not be with them once she is married. Sitas mother, Sunaina is also sad as the feeling grows in her that if no one is able to lift the Shiv dhanush then what will happen to Sita. Janak maharaj consoles her saying that everything will be fine with the blessings of the Lord. The princes and others in the hall do the pooja of Shiv dhanush. Janak sends Shatanand to invite Rishi Vishvamitra. Vishvamitra asks Ram and Laxman to join him. Laxman is of the opinion that whoever is blessed by Rishi will win Sita. Kings from kingdoms far and wide have come to win Sita... All are sure that they will win Sita. Suddenly Ram enters with Vishvamitra, with Laxman following them. All are impressed by Ram.

Janak informs Shatanand that soon Dashrath will be coming with Bharat and there should be a grand welcome for them. Urmila is sad, lost in thoughts of Laxman. Sita gives her a hug saying all will be fine. Kaushalya, Kekai, Sumitra, Bharat and Shatrughna are all talking about Ram and how he broke the Shiv dhanush. Manthra as usual reacts angrily. Sita wants to meet Ram. Ram too wants to meet her, but knows that it is wrong to meet her before marriage. Sudaman takes leave of Dashrath to return to Ayodhya. When Kaushalya arrives with lots of gifts, Sudaman apologises that he cant take them as he is from the girls side. Dashrath comes with the Bhraat from Ayodhya and receives a great welcome by Raja Janak and the people of Mithila. An emotional meeting between Dashrath, Ram, Laxman and Vishwamitra takes place. Sitas sisters are told about Bharat and Shatrughna. There is a suggestion that Bharat and Shatrughna should consider marrying Mandvi and Shrukirti. The four marriages are now certain. All are happy and Sita is happiest.

Kaikeyi, Kaushalya and Sumitra are happily discussing the forthcoming marriages. Manthra is jealous and she vows that one day she will make Kaushalya cry. Dashrath is having food with his sons. Shatrughna playfully steals sweets from Laxmans plate. They are enjoying and Dashrath becomes very emotional. Sita too is having food and thinking about Ram. People are singing and praising Ram. Dashrath feels very proud about his son Ram. Janak invites Dashrath and Vishwamitra to come and discuss the marriage preparations and arrangements. Dasis come and inform Sunaina, Sita and her sisters about this and they mention that Bharat and Shatrughna too will be present. Mandvi and Shrukirti react to this. Ram and his brothers are joking and talking when they are summoned by Janak. As they leave Sita and her sisters watch them from balcony. Rishi Vashishth formally asks Janak for Urmila & Laxman's , Mandvi & Bharat's and Shrutkirti & Shatrughna's weddings. All are very happy and the four weddings are fixed.

Ram, Laxman, Bharat and Shatrughna come to Sunaina to take leave, an emotional Scene between them where Sunaina requests them to give her daughters so much love that they dont remembers their parents and remain happy all the time, during this Ram notices Sita standing behind her mother a little way. As he was about to answer Sunaina and looks up, he seen, Sita is no more there. As Sita goes through every sopt in the palace and remembers her childhood. All those moments she has spend with her mother and father. She became very emotional, as she knows; she will be leaving this place forever. Even birds and animals are sad, as she is about to leave them. An emotional scene between her and her father Janak, where he advises her that now she must forget her parents and make her husband have her place forever, and should happily enter her married life and make everyone happy. Her sisters too join her. Janak asks Kushdhwaj to call for Dolies. All the people of Mithila are in tears and so is Maharaj Janak. He requests Dashrath that he must forgive his daughters If they may make some mistake. Dashrath says, daughters are Gods greatest gifts, they will be treated like daughters. A very emotional scene of parting. Ram and his brothers touch Janak and Sunainas feet, take their leave, Janak keeps watching till Baarat disappears. Kaushalya, Siumitra & Kekai hear the sound of Shankh blowing and know that their sons and daughters are reaching Ayodhya and soon will be with them. All are <b>...</b>

Ram, Sita comes to Vashishth ashram and are welcome by all birds, cows. They take blessings of Arundhati and Vashishth. Dashrath asks Ram what Vashishths message was. Ram tells that he said you are Mahatma. Dashrath tells Ram that now he wants Ram to take responsibility of kingdom and he should take his place. Manthra addresses Mandvi as Maharani, but Mandvi tells her, it is Sita who will be Maharani. Bharat tells Manthra that she should take this thought of Bharat become king out of her mind, he is only Rams devotee and will always be. Manthra says, you can be his devotee even after being the king of Ayodhya. Sita comes in with Aarti thali and looks at Ram lying on bed and sees him as an image of Vishnu. She does his aarti, when Ram stops her and says he is an ordinary man. She tells him, he is more & more than that. People marry more than once, but he has promised her that she will be the only woman in his life. She is proud of him. Ram tells her, as she has faith in him, he too is proud of her. Vishwamitra takes leave of Dashrath and Vashishth and leaves. Dashrath gets the message from Janak that he wants all of them to come to Mithila and attend Kheti(Field) festival. Dashrath knows that Janak is missing his daughters. He tells Sudaman that all his four sons with their wives will attend the festival. Ram, Laxman, Bharat and Shatrughna take the leave of Dashrath and their mothers and leaves for Mithila. Few kings woh had lost the Swayamvar of Sita are having a meeting <b>...</b>

Dashrath is feeling sick and asking for Ram all the time, all the queens are worried. Ram, Sita, Bharat, Mandvi, Laxman, Urmila, Shatrughna and Shrutkirti are resting in a tent, when they hear the sound of soldiers, they are informed that there has been an attack on them. Ram tells his soldiers to take care of ladies and he leaves with his three brothers to face the kings and their soldiers. In the battle Bharat and Shatrughna get injured very badly. Ram tells Laxman to go to the Aashram of Mudugal Rishi and bring Jari-bootiyan which are very powerful to heal the wounds. Laxman leaves. Ram is left alone to face the enemies. Laxman reaches Mudugal Rishis aashram, but he is in Tapasya and his devotees dont allow Laxman to take Jari-Booti. Laxman comes back. Ram sends him again to get Jari-Booti any how.This time Laxman brings it by force. Ram applies them to Bharat and Shatrughna. Mudugal Rishi is very angry with his devotees, when Ram comes there to apologise. Mudugal Rishi is very angry with Ram and wanted to curse him. But when he hears the whole episode from Ram, he is happy and bless Ram, takes more Jari-Booti and cure with Ram and helps Ram to get Bharat recover. Ram, Sita and everyone asks for forgiveness. Rishi Mudugal blesses them and tell them to go back to Ayodhya as Raja Dashrath is not well.

When Ram with Sita and his brothers with their wives reach Ayodhya and come to Dashrath, he feels very happy and feels better too. But when he looks at Bharat, he knows Bharat is not well. Dashrath is told everything that how Ram with the help of Laxman saved Bharats life. Dashrath now knows that Ram is the person and the should be the King. When Ram comes to his room. Sita does his Aarti. On asking, Sita tells him that he has proved to be the protector, that is what people of Ayodhya are saying, that he is the only one who will protect people in all difficulties. Now Ram takes the Aarti thali and does Aarti of Sita. Ram with Laxman and Shatrughna comes to Bharats room to see how he is. Manthra accuses him of not protecting Bharat. Laxman and Shatrughna shout at her but Ram stops them and say they must respect Manthra, as she is an elder one. Mandvi thanks Ram for saving Bharats life. Dashrath and Kekai were talking about Ram, when Manthra comes and informs that Kekais brother Yudhajit has come. They welcome him. He says his father wants to see Bharat. Hearing this Dashrath is not happy, as he doesnt want Bharat to leave. They all are having food when Yudhajit says his father wants to see Bharat and Mandvi , please allow them to go with me. Dashrath says he has some important things to discuss so he wants Bharat to be there. Kekai says he can discuss with Ram, as it is all the brothers will always agree with what Ram says, so let them go. Finally Dashrath agrees. Yudhajit <b>...</b>

Dashrath comes to Rishi Vashishth to take his advice. He feels he is old enough now and must decide for the next King of Ayodhya to be. He wants Ram to be the next king. Vashishth agrees with him, but says that Dashrath must call rajya sabha and take advice of all friend kings. Ram and Sita come to Kekai to enquire about Bharat, they are missing him a lot. Kekai says that the four brothers are like four pillars of Raghuvansh. Ram tells her to send message to Bharat to come soon. Dashrath calls Rajya sabha and everyone agrees with Dashrath that Ram is the only right choice as the King of Ayodhya. Ram and Sita are talking when Sumanth comes and tells Ram that his Father Dashrath has called him. Dashrath tells Ram that he has decided to announce him as the next king to be, as he is getting old. Ram opposes this a lot but Dashrath convinces him that it is the right thing, and not only he, but all the friendly kings and the public of Ayodhya too feels the same way. In the end Ram has to agree with his Father. Kaushalya and Sita are doing Aarti of Vishnu when Ram comes and gives them the news of his being the next King of Ayodhya, bith are very happy and excited. Kaushalya says that they must inform about this to Sumitra and Kekai. Sita tells this to Urmila too, and both are very happy, and so is Laxman. Sumitra also comes to know & wants to tell Kekai & they move to her place.

Kaushaliya and Sumitra come to give good news to Kekai, but Manthra tells them Kekai is doing Chaitraman pooja. Dashrath sends Sumanth to call Vashishth for Rams Rajyabhishek. Ram and Sita welcome Vashishth. Vashishth tells Ram that he must keep fast and sleep on Darbh-aasan, before becoming the King. Ram and Sita take his blessings. Sainik announce to public that soon Ram will be the king of Ayodhya. People are over excited. Ram and Sita come to take Kekais blessings, but as she is in pooja, they dont disturb her, bow before her and leave. Manthra sees Kaushaliya distributing clothes to women of Ayodhya. She c shocked to know that Ram is going to be the king of Ayodhya. Next day, she runs inside to Kekai and claims that she has been cheated.

Helpless Dashrath requests Kekai to forget whatever she had asked for, but ruthless Kekai asks him to call Ram and tell him about his decision. Ram is surprised that Dashrath and Kekai have not come yet as he takes Dashrath's blessings first thing in morning. Dashrath painfully murmurs that he has forgotten that Ram takes his blessings in the morning, but now he wants Ram not to come, as if he comes he will have to tell him go to Vanwaas for 14 years. Sumanth comes to Kekais kaksh and requests Dashrath to come to Yagya Bhawan immediately as per Washishths request, he gets worried as Dashrath is speechless. Kekai tells Dasrath to call Ram. Puzzled Sumanth goes to call him, Ram leaves with Sumanth, there are 4 bodyguards and are with an umbrella over Rams head. Sumanth tells there are must for a king. Ram comes to Kekais kaksh and sees Dashrath lying on the bed in a critical condition; he inquires from Kekai about this. Kekai tells him that he has been able to keep his promises given to her. Ram requests Kekai that he will even give his life to fulfill his promise.

Kekai tells Ram that he must leave immediately otherwise Dashrath will suffer more pain. They leave. Dashrath is crying and shouts for Ram. But they leave. All the Dass and dassiyan are crying and so is the public. They tell Ram that they will not stay in Ayodhya without Ram. Ram tells them, they must let him go. They leave. People shouting Raja Ram ki jay This sound is overlapped on Dashrath. He shouts. Dont go Ram, dont go and falls again. Kaushaliya and Sumitra come to help him. Kekai too come but Dashrath shouts at her-that now she is no longer his wife. He cuts off all relations with Kekai and tells Kaushaliya to take him to her kaksh.

Kaushilaya and Sumitra are trying to help Dashrath, who is in a very bad shape because Ram has left for Banwas, he collapse and falls down. Ram, Sita and Laxman come and stop near River Tamsa. They are followed by people of Ayodhya. Ram requests them to go back, but they refuse, they want to be with Ram as long as he lives in Banwas. Ram tells Sumanth that they all will stay here for the night. In the middle of the night Ram, Sita and Laxman leave silently with Sumanth. At sunrise when people of Ayodhya wakes up they find Ram, Sita and Laxman gone. Ram and party reach Shraadverpur. A local man sees them and leaves. He comes to Nishadraj and tells him about Rath and his people, Nishadraj, it has to be Ram. Sumanth asks Ram, if he can go and inform Nishadraj. Ram stops him but by that time Nishadraj has come to meet Ram, they are old friends. Ram introduces him to Sita and Laxman. Nishadraj invites Ram and party to comes and stay with him, but Ram tells him that for 14 years he cant visit anyone, cant eat proper food to fulfill the promise, tomorrow morning they will leaving for jungle. Dashrath still cant remember that Ram has gone to Banwas. Kaushaliya and Sumitra reminds him an emotional scene between them. Nishadraj feels very sad seeing Ram and Sita sleeping on grass.

Dashrath feels it is time he will die, but he doesnt want to die without seeing Ram, he tells Kaushaliya, Sumitra and Urmila that he is suffering from a curse that he will die, being separated from his son, as he has been responsible for the death of Shravan & his parents, because he has killed Sharavan by mistake. He tells them the whole story, and tells them that now the time has come and the curse will be proved. He gets up as he feels that yamdoot has come to take him, again he gets up n feels Ram has come to meet him, he imagines Ram. Kaushaliya, Sumitra and Urmila try to stop him, but he moves towards Ram, he feels pain in his heart and falls down shouting RAM...As Dashrath falls down, Ram in his kutia gets up with a jerk, as if he has seen a bad dream. He comes out and meets Laxman. Laxman tells him that if they have to live in vanwaas for 14 years, they have to forget about Ayodhya and everyone there, Ram agrees. Kuashliya, Sumitra and Urmila cries as they find that dashrath has died. Sumitra comes to Kekai and tells her that she is a widow now, because of Manthra, now she will be maharani and she has brought gifts for her. Now all her wishes are fulfilled, saying this she leaves crying.

Bharat ends the relationship of mother & son with kekai & tells her not to show her face ever. Shatrughna wants to punish Manthra & Kekai for their deeds. Manthra runs to save herself & Bharat stops Shatrughna. Shatrughna blames Manthra for everything & tells that she is no less than the Rakshas Taadka. Bharat hugs Shatrughna & they both wonder what Kaushalya must be thinking about them. Bharat meets Kaushalya & feels guilty that he is kekaison. Kaushalya tells him that nobody is to be blamed, its all destiny. She knows how much Ram & Bharat love each other. Bharat, Shatrughna & their wives see Dasrath in that oil filled tub & cry. Bharat does the cremation ceremony & gives agni to Dasraths body. In the meeting, Gurudev tells Bharat to take Dasraths place & accept the throne. But Bharat denys, rather he proposes to go to the Van & get Ram Sita & Laxman back & make Ram the King.

Gurudev tells Bharat that they all would go to bring Ram back to ayodhya & make him the king. Kekai feels guilty & apologises to Kaushalya. Nishad sees the ayodhya people & Bharat coming towards them & think that he has come for a war with Ram. Later he feels that Ram had ordered him to take care of Bharat as his elder brother & so he welcomes him with a hug. He asks Nishaad whether Ram misses him. Nishaad tells him that Ram & Sita sleep on grass hay, Bharat feels bad, gets emotional, touches the grass & footprints of Ram. Laxman sees Bharat coming towards them & informs Ram that he must have surely come there to defeat Ram. Ram, on the contrary is very happy to hear about Bharat & tells Laxman that Bharat is their brother & can never be greedy for power. Bharat reaches their kutiya, hugs Ram & cries. Laxman apologises to Bharat for doubting on him. Bharat blames his mother but Ram stops him. Shatrughna, Nishaad & Sumanth also meet Ram. Ram enquires Bharat about mothers & father, Bharat informs him about Dasraths death. Ram is shocked to see his mothers in widows outfit.

There is a meeting going on to decide who will be the king of Ayodhya, Ram or Bharat. Rishi Vasishth asks Raja Janak to decide. Janak says Ram is duty bound, he will never break the promise given by his father. Bharats love for Ram too is greater than any love. Both Ram and Bharat are great. Rams duty is conditioned by Dharam, love is not conditional by any Dharam, so Bharat wins. Ram agrees to be the king, but tells Bharat that as he cant come back till his Vanvaas period is over, so Bharat has to representate till then. Bharat too agrees, but asks for his footwear, which he will keep on the throne as Rams substitute for 14 years, and Bharat leaves to take care of Ayodhya as Rams representative. When Urmila hears that Bharat has come back, she is sure that Laxman too will be there, but is heart broken to know that Laxman and Ram have not come back. Bharat keeps Rams footwear on the throne and says, he too will stay in a hut outside Ayodhya and will work from there only. Janak praises him. Sita tells Ram that she is missing Urmila, Mandvi and Shrutkirti. Laxman overhears and thinks of Urmila, he remembers his last meeting with her. He gets emotional, Ram explains him that he shouldnt get weak else he would not be able to perform his duties.

Bharat comes to Kaushaliya and Sumitra to take their leave. Bharat is leaving. Kekai, crying, tries to stop him, saying-Dont go. Ram tells Sita and Laxman that they must move to some other place as everyone knows about this place and they will come here again and again. Laxman and Sita agree with him. As Ram, Sita and Laxman are leaving the kutia, Rishies living around tells them that there are lots of Rakshas living around the place, where they are planning to go. Ram tells them that Maharishi Atre, Sharbhang and many more too are there and he wants to have their Darshan. Bharat instructs Shatrughna about his responsibilities towards people & to help them. A Lady comes with the face covered. Bharat asks her what he could do for her. The lady uncovers her face; she is Mandvi and wants to be with Bharat, he tells her to be with Kaushaliya Mata so that she doesnt miss Ram and Sita. Janak tells his daughters that he is leaving, he tells them that they are going through a difficult period, but they must have patience, soon their husbands will come back. Kekai too comes to Janak and says with tears in her eyes that she is the cause of all this. Kaushaliya takes her in her arms. Ram, Sita and Laxman enter Rishi Atres Aashram and are welcomed there by the Rishi.

Rishi welcomes Ram, Laxman & Sita & introduces them to his wife Anusuya, she is very much impressed by Sita and takes her Husbands permission to take Sita with her. Sita goes with her. She gives Sita a beautiful jewellry and clothes and says Ram will be too happy to see her in these dresses as they will never get old. Rishi Atre tells Ram that there are many Rakshas, who became the cause of Rishis death, before you start your journey, help these Rishies and make them fearless of death. Ram takes his leave. Many demons are attacking the rishis in the jungle & disguise themselves as rishis to trouble them. When they see Ram, they run away. Ram is baffled to see the rishis flee away. Then the demons appear in their actual form & Ram detroys them. Khardushan (the two brothers) come to know that Ram, Laxman & Sita are passing through the jungle, so they call for Viraadh (rakshas) to destroy them.

Khardushan calls Viraadh & orders him to kill Ram. Ram, Laxman & Sita are walking in the jungle & some Rishies come running shouting for help, they tell Ram not to go in that direction, as there are Rakshas. As Ram, Sita and Laxman move a little forward, they hear laughter and see a Rakshas, who is taller than the mountain, he is Rakshas Viraadh. Rakshas Viraadh tells them that he has eaten many Rishies and now he will eat them too & would make Sita his wife. Sita is very scared. There is a fight and finally with his divine power Ram kills Viraadh. Before Viraadh is killed, he comes to know about Ram and is happy and requests them to burry him in the earth. Ram and Laxman do it. Marich comes to Khardushan dressed as a rishi. On asking, Marich tells them that Ram had not killed him, infact just threw him away by attcaking him. He fell far away & a rishi saved him. He told Rishi that he is not able to understand why dint Ram kill him & just injured him. There must be some reason behind this.He tells Rishi that there is one secret that he can disguise in any form & only Ravan knows this, even Ram is unaware about this. He asks Rishi to find out what is there in Rams heart that he did not kill him. Rishi meditates & sees Ram in Vishnu avtaar.

Marich comes to Khardushan when both are wondering about Ram that how is he able to destroy all the demons & telss them the trith about Ram that he is Lord & not a normal human being. They should not go against Him. Marich says that he would attain salvation only when Ram kills him. But Khardushan do not believe him & order their men to destoy all the kutiyas they come across & kill Ram Laxman & Sita if they find them anywhere. Ram, Sita and Laxman are moving in jungle when they reach Rishi Sharbhangs Aashram. As they move towards it, they see a Vimaan coming down. Indra dev has come to take Rishi to Brahamlok, but rishi denies as he sees Ram in Vishnu avtaar & wants to welcome him. So Indra Dev goes back. Rishi Sharbhang welcomes Ram, Sita and Laxman. He tells Ram that with Tapasya he has got many Divyalok which he wants to gift Him. Ram syas it will not be right for him to accept them, he must do Tapasya himself and get Divyalok. Rishi Sharbhang is very happy, he asks Ram to keep looking at him, as they look at each other, there is fire and Rishi disappears in the fire. Ram, Sita and Laxman fold their hands. Ram tells them that Rishi Sharbhang has left this world for the better world and gone to the Gods. Kekai is very sad with tears in her eyes & goes to urmilas kaksh. She tells her not to get shocked, she feels lonely in her kaksh as she misses eevrybody & soecially Bharat. Urmila invites her to saty with her but Kekai denies saying that she would feel more guilty on <b>...</b>

As Ram, Sita and Laxman are passing through Jungle they are surprised to see no human being there. Ram tells them that it is because of Rakshas and it is his duty to safeguard humans. Khar tells Dushan that it is their duty to destroy rishis so go & finish Augustya Muni. But Rakshas Trisira and his army could do no harm to Rishi Augustya. Sita says to Ram that he must be tired, so he should rest for a while. In fact Sita wants to wash his feet and wipe them with her hair. Urmila misses Laxman before sleeping. Urmila imagines that Laxman has come back. As she opens her eyes; she sees kaushalya standing there, an emotional scene between them. Kaushalaya says she is surprised how Urmila can smile to hide her pain. Urmila tells her that while leaving for forest, she promised Laxman that she will always smile so that he stays happily. Kaushalaya says whenever she sees Urmila, she feels positive about Ram, Laxman & Sita coming back soon Kaushalaya blesses Urmila so that she gets more power to wait for Laxman. Ram, Sita and Laxman are resting in the Jungle in night. Sita looking at a huge tree feels it is a Rakshas. Ram tells her not to be afraid. Sita says with him around she feels safe. Khar is shouting at Rakshas Trisira for not killing Rishi Augustya. Trisira informs him that he is very powerful rishi. Khar sends four of his Rakshas to finish Rishi Augustya. But they failed to kill him.

Bharat is surprised to see Kaushaliya, who has come to meet him. Bharat feels guilty, as he feels it is because of him everyone is sad, but Kaushaliya tells him, he is like Ram to her. Its been twelve years now. Ram, Sita and Laxman come to Maharishi to meet Sant Sutikshan. Maharishi tells him about Sutikshan, who is student of Rishi Augustya. Sutikshan wanted to give Gurudakshina to Augustya in the form of Sachidanands darshan. Sutikshan is now doing Tapasya, so that he can fulfill this wish. Brahma appears before Sutikshan and asks him his wish, Sutikshan says, he has to give Gurudakshina to Gurudev Augustya in the form of Sachidanands Darshan. Brahma tells him that when Ram comes to Ban he will have Sachidanands Darshan in him. Agastya is doing tapasya, Vishnu appears before Augustya and asks for his wish. Agustya tells about Rakshas Khar and Dushan. He gives him Dhanush and says now Rakshas will not come near him. Brahma and Indra too appear and give him arrows. Indra tells him Vishnu has taken birth as Ram. Augustya now waits for Ram to appear before him. Kaushaliya asks Urmila, how many days are left for Ram, Sita and Laxman to come back. Urmila tells her there are still two years left for them to come back. In the Ban, Ram, Sita and Laxman are talking about the time they have passed, meeting with Rishis, Holy people and with Rakshas too. They remember their mothers and wait for two more years to pass.

Rakshas Khar and Dushan orders Trisira to destroy Rishsi Augustya Aashram and his yagya. Whsn Rishi sees Trisira and Rakshas they run for help. There is fire all around. Suddenly an arrow comes in the sky, and a heavy rain falls and the fire is finished. Trisira sees Rishi Agustya with Dhanush, given to him by Lord Vishny. Augustya kills all the Rakshas. Trisira runs shouting for help from Khar and Dushan. He tells Khar and Dushan that Lord Vishnu is protecting Aashram of Rishi Agustya. Khar says now they will not even look at his Aashram.Ram, Sita and Laxman enters Sutikshans Aashram. Sutikshan was in Pooja, feels the presence of Ram, he welcomes them and says he is thankful because now he can give Gurudakshina to Rishi Agustya. It is Shivratri. Ram plays Veena and hearing the music of Veena Shiv starts dancing. All Devtas enjoy the occasion.

Narad is disappointed over other kings making mockery of him. Vishnu appears and Vishwamohini garlands him. Narad is still sitting in disappointment when one king taunts him that by only getting 'Harimukh' one cannot become 'Hari'. Narad is furious and as he is about to leave he sees his reflection in a mirror. Upon seeing his monkey face he realizes why he had become a victim of the mockery of others. He gets more furious when he sees his own reflection laughing at him, he leaves in haste. On the way Narad meets Vishnu and Vishwamohini happily going on a chariot; looking at Narad who has tears in his eyes and whose face is turned red with anger Vishnu inquires about the reason of his condition. Narad answers him that he is the one who has tricked him. He blames Vishnu for being selfish and curses him that by giving him monkey face he has made him a part of mockery by other people now in future he will have to take help from monkeys only. Also the way he is in pain because of being away from Vishwamohini, he will have to bear the pain of severance from his wife. After thunder lightning Vishnu closes his eyes and Vishwamohini & chariot disappears. Now there is Vishnu in 'sheer sagar' and other devtas. Brahma asks Narad if his pride is gone now... Narad feels very guilty and apologises to Vishnu. Vishnu tells him that his curse would be a boon for the mankind. The flash back gets over and we see Ram, Sita and Laxman at Shrutishan's ashram. Ram, Sita and Laxman with Rishi Sutikshan, comes to Rishi Agustya's Aashram. Sutikshan tells Augustya he has brought Shri Ram to him, now with this he has given his Gurudakshina. Augustya is happy and welcomes them all. He tells Ram that he will be very happy if the rest of time he stays with him. Ram says he has to live the life of Tapasvi, wants to know a place where he can stay and complete his Banwas. Rishi Augustya suggests Panchwati, as next to it is Rakshas's place, so he can help Rishis and complete his promise of freeing human beings from Rakshas. He gives weapons given by Brahma to Ram & Lakshman, so that they can fight Rakshas. Ram, Sita, Laxman come to Panchwati, it is very nice place. Laxman makes a lovely hut for them. Ram tells him that though Laxman is younger than him, but has looked after them like an elder brother. Laxman bows and touches his feet. In Ayodhya, Kekai remembering all those moments which compelled her to take two Vachans from Dashrath and Ram had to go for Vanwaas. She is very sad & guilty over whatever she did. In Panchwati, Lakshman asks Ram, that how Kekai could do such a thing when she loved him more than Bharat. Ram says it was destiny and not her fault, when a person thinks of self interest; he moves towards a wrong path to get what he wants. One must do everything with good conscious & stable mind.

Laxman sees blood coming out of hut; he finds inside dead body, he is shocked that he has killed a Tapasvi. Khar tells Dushan that Ram and Laxman have come to stay in Panchwati. Dushan says now they will surely kill them very soon. When Laxman returns to Panchwati, Sita is surprised to see him sad. Ram looks at Shiv, who tells Ram that with the aim he has taken birth on this earth, will end this year and the beginning has been done by Laxman, who unknowingly has killed Surupnakha's son Shambri, a Rakshas. Now Ram tells Laxman, not to worry, he has not done anything wrong, the one he has killed was a Rakhshas and Surupnakha's son, who was doing Tapasya to get this very same Kaal Khadak to destroy humanity, but you have saved it. Surupnakha is searching her son everywhere. Shiv tells Parvati that this Rakshasi full of proud and all bad hearts will help Ram to complete his promise and she will destroy all her family with her deeds. Surupnakha finds her son's dead body and says, whoever has killed her son, I will eat him. As she is moving in the sky, she sees Ram down on the earth, and thinks that he might have killed her son. But he is too good and handsome to do such a thing. Surupnakha falls in love with Ram. She comes down to him and asks him to marry her. Ram says he is already married to Sita. Laxman too is there. Ram tells her, she can ask Laxman. She comes to Laxman and asks him, will he marry her. In anger Laxman cuts her nose. She screams and flies away and comes to <b>...</b>

The rakshas reach towards Ram's kutiya. Ram kills those 14 rakshas also & Surpankha returns to Khar Dushan for help. Khar Dushan Surpankha again go to kill Ram with many rakshas. Ram kills Khar & Dushan also & all his Rakshas as well. Surpankha flees away shouting for help to Ravan in Lanka. Ravan is introduced conducting Shiv puja. Surpankha goes to his court where he is sitting after his Shiv puja with his ministers. Surpankha shows Ravan her cut nose. Ravan is thrilled seeing it.

Ravan's introduction in his court where Surpnakha is present with her nose cut. She tells Ravan the whole story about Ram, Sita & laxman, how Laxman cut her nose. She adds that Seeta is a beautiful lady & Surpankha thought that she deserves to be with his brother Ravan so she went to pick her up & Laxman cut her nose. Ravan is angry & decides to kidnap Sita so that Ram & Laxman die out of shame helpless. Vibhushan & Mandodri (Ravan's wife) advice Ravan not to do so as Ram is not a normal human being. But knowing that Ram killed his brothers Khar & Dushan & Laxman cut Surpankha's nose, Ravan is adamant on kidnaping Sita. Ravan goes to Marich for help. Marich denies but after hearing the whol e story , agrees to be a golden deer to help Ravan kidnap Sita so that he can have the privilege of being killed by Ram.

Ravan & Mareech reach the place where Sita is residing with Ram & Laxman. As told by Ravan, Mareech turns into a golden deer & goes in front of Sita. Sita is enticed by the golden deer & wishes to have it with her. She tells Ram to get it. Ram goes behind the running deer. Th deer slows down & when Ram hits him with his arrows, Mareech turns into his original form & shouts Laxman help in Rams voice. On hearing this, Sita gets tensed & asks Laxman to go behind Ram & see whether he is fine. Laxman denies that he would not leave Sita alone but Sita orders him to do so. So laxman makes a Rekha with mantra beyond which no devil could enter & harm Sita. Sita would be safe in its limits. Ravan sees this & is happy & is disguised as a Sadhu & goes to Sita to for bhiksha. Ravan tells Sita that he is too tired so he wishes to rest but Sita denies this in absence of Ram. Sita arranges food for Ravan (SAADHU).

Shiv and Parvati are looking down at Ram and Laxman. Ram asks each and every tree about Sita, he is roaming around in search of Sita. Shiv tells Parvati the story of Ravan, when Ravan did Tapasya, so that he can live forever, no animal, bird, Rakshas, Devta, Danav, Apsara can kill him. Brahma Dev asks him, why didn't he mention human being? Ravan said, human being is weakest, he can't kill him, so he was granted that except human being no one will be able ti kill him. Shiv asks Parvati, now she knows why Ram has taken birth as a human being and now he has to behave like a normal human being. Ram is in tears. Laxman tells him, Sita will be somewhere nearby; she will not go far away. Ram looks at him and says "You know Sita is not near, no one knows where she is, who has kidnapped her, we don't know anything, and moves calling Sita. Ravan laughs on hearing Sita's shouts for help, he tells her, no one can find because no one knows where Lanka is. Sita sees some Monkeys on a hill, she tears her shawl and puts her jewelry in it, ties it and throws down, one of the Monkey picks it up and looks at the Viman, with a woman crying. Ram and Laxman are looking for Sita when they hear someone calling 'Ram, Ram.' It is injured Jatayu, who tells Ram that Ravan has kidnapped Sita, he tried to save her, but Ravan cut off his wings and he fell down, he has flown with Sita towards south, but where, he does not know. Ram is thankful to him and Jatayu dies. Ram says that he would kill Ravan <b>...</b>

Ravana's Pushpak Viman reaches his palace in Lanka. Sita is desperately calling for help. Ravan's wife Mandodri and Brother Vibhishan are watching that Ravan's Viman is arriving. They are concerned for Ravan as they believe that he has made the biggest mistake of his life by kidnapping Sita. Vibhishan shares with Mandodari that Ram is strongly determined and he will come to rescue his wife whom he had promised while getting married that he will always safeguard her. And Sita's freedom will only lead to the war between Ram and Ravan in which truth and goodness will prevail over bad. Surpankha tells Sita not to cry and feel happy about being Lankesh's queen now. On which Sita replies that just for her own personal grudge she has made her own brother take a self destroying step. Ravan orders Surpankha to stay away from Sita & sends Sita to Ashok Vatika. Vibhishan suggests Ravan to leave Sita as it is a cruel act which he did by kidnapping Sita. Ram and Laxman are still searching for Sita. Ram remebers Sita & gets emotional. As Ram and Laxman are moving ahead in the Jungle, they see Sita's bangles on a plant, Ram realizes how much faith Sita has on him that he will find her and rescue her. He feels guilty about not been able to protect her. Laxman say that they will find and kill Ravan. Ravan sees his brother Vibhishan who requests him to return Sita to Ram but Ravan refuses and says, soon she will be his queen. Vibhishan looks worried. Ravan announces in his court that he is planning to attack Ram & Laxman so that Sita is convinced that Ravan is the strongest on earth & marrys him. But his ministers suggest him not to do so as Sita might just be manipulating so that Ram comes to know about Ravan. A Rakshasi brings food for Sita, but she refuse to eat. They tell her to forget Ram and become his queen. Sita tells them, soon Ram will be here and everything including Ravan will be destroyed, they all laugh. Brahmadev tells Indra that it will take a long time for Ram to free Sita and Sita is not eating any food, which is bad for her health, so he must go to Lanka and give her 'Payas'(a heavenly sweet). Indra takes the cup of Payas and leaves. He reaches Ashok Vatika and with maya, makes all Rakshasi sleep. Inder gives Payas to Sita and tells her that Ram with Laxman, will come soon and free her so she should eat the Payas so that she never feels hungry until she is free. Sita takes the Payas from Indra, thinks of Ram and Laxman and drinks the heavenly sweet Payas. She is thankful to Indra. Shabri is waiting for Ram; she has spread flowers on the path for Prabhu Ram, and she is also biting and testing the fruits to serve Ram, she keeps good fruits in her basket and throws bad ones. Finally Ram reaches Shabri's ashram & Shabri is enthralled on meeting Ram. She takes him to her Kutiya & serves him with fruits.

Shabri is very happy that Ram has liked the fruit. She tells Ram that the day he reached Chitrakut, Matang Muni knew of his arrival there. He told Shabri to wait for Ram and with his Darshan she will be blessed and then she she can go to Matang Muni. She tells them the way to Sugreeva nd one of his minister Hanuman is his great follower, they will help him find Sita. Now Ram wants to leave. Shabri wants to get knowledge of Prayers from Ram, before her soul leaves the body. Ram tells her what he has learned from his Gurudev, the nine steps of Prayers. Now Shabri takes Ram's leave and her body disappers in Yog-agni. Ram and Laxman pay their homage to her. Ravan comes to Ashok Vatika to meet Sita & convince her to be his queen. But Sita denies & says that Ram will kill Ravan for his sinful act of abducting her. She even adds that Ravan is not brave as he abducted her in Ram's absence & does not have the strength to fight with Ram & win over him. Ravan gets angry & saya that Ram would never be able to reach Lanka. Ram & Lakshman are in search of Sita & Ram gets uoset that Vanvaas period will be over soon & if he does not find Sita then Lakshman would go back to Ayodhya alone as Ram cannot live without Sita. Lakshman tells him to be strong & not give up, they will surely find Sita. Ram takes a vow that now his only aim of Vanvaas is to find Sita.

Ram & Lakshman are in search of Sita in the jungle. Surpnakha goes to Vibhishan to tell him to destroy Sita. Either kill her or throw her in the ocean as since she has come to Lanka, her importance has decreased. Vibhishan tells her that all this is due to her only, the way she compelled & misguided Ravan to kidnap Sita & go against Ram is the reason all this is happening so she has to face the outcome. Surpnakha tells him that she would herself go & kill Sita. Surpnakha goes to Ashok Vatika & tries to harm Sita but Trijita (rakshasni) saves her from Surpnakha. Surpnakha goes to Ravan full of anger. She complains about it & Ravan in turn scolds her for going to Ashok Vatika & harming Sita. Surpnakha cries that she lost her Husband & son & brothers & now even Ravan is not supporting her so she is left alone. Ravan remembers how he had to kill her husband because he was a danger to Ravan & his army.

Mandodari is scared & shouts for Ravan & tells him that she is seeing Lanka on fire. She is sensing that soon Lanka will be on fire & everything would be destroyed. Ravan laughs at this & tells her to stop making stories. Since the time he has abducted Sita she is making such stories to scare Ravan so that he sets Sita free & return her to Ram. Ram & Lakshman are in the Jungle in search of Sita & are moving ahead to meet Sugriv & Neel sees them. Ravan goes to Sita & tels her that she should soon decide about being his queen as already one month is over in the stipulated 1 year given to her. Sita sees the rakshasi at night in ashok vatika & gets scared. The rakshasnis are trying to scare Sita & trouble her so that she accepts being Ravan's queen. Vibhishan comes to Mandodari to inquire the reason of waking up Kumbhkaran when he is about to wake up himself. Mandodari says that she is afraid that Lanka would be destroyed but Ravan is being stuborn about it so the only way left out is to take Kumbhkaran's help. Then she says if Meghnath (Ravan's son) would have been there, then Ravan would surely had listened to him. Meghnath is involved in tapasy & yagya & Shivji appears & gives him astra, shastra & vardaans.

Meghnath is flying in the sky, announcing his success in Tapasya, now no one can defeat him, he looks down at Lanka and says a mantra and the whole of Lanka is in darkness. Everyone is surprised that how can there be darkness in the day time. Ravan tells Vibhishan that someone with power has come over Lanka. When Meghnath comes there, all are happy to see him and to know that his Tapasya is success; Ravan is happy & blesses him.Sita gets scared when it gets dark & the Rakshasis inform her that Ravan's son has such powers that her Ram would be a failure in front of him. Neel informs Sugriv about two strangers he saw (Ram & Lakshman) & Jamvat thinks that Bali must have sent them to harm Sugriv. Sugriv tells Nal & Neel to prerapre their Vaanar sena. Ram & Lakshman are moving ahead when Lakshman tells Ram to rest for a while & he gets fruits for him. Ram imagines Sita with fruits & feels happy to see her. But to his dismay, his imagination gets over soon & he gets depresse & tells Lakshman that he cannot live without Sita. Lakshman sees a vaanar sena trying to harm them. Ram & Lakshman figth with their bows & arrows & vaanar sena runs away. Sugriv is tensed that two normal humans could defeat the vaanars & Jamvat suggests him to send Hanuman to them so that their true identity is known. Kids (vaanar) are running & saving their lives from Rakshas. They are running shouting Hanuman & the Rakshas stop seeing a huge tail.

Bali kidnaps Mayavi's wife & misbehaves with her & leaves her injured. Mayavi is all angry seeing this & goes to Bali to kill him. Sugriv tells Bali not to fight with the Mayavi but Bali insists as Bali will get Mayavi's powers due to his vardaan. Bali & Mayavi fight for one year in the cave & Sugriv waits outside the cave. Sugriv sees blood coming out of the cave & there is no sign of Bali. On hearing mayavi's voice, Sugriv feels that Mayavi would be more powerful than Bali so he killed Bali. Sugriv covers the cave with a huge stone so that Mayavi does not some out of the cave ever. He returns to his palace & becomes the King as Bali is dead. Bali returns from the cave & everybody is shocked to see him alive. Bali feels Sugriv deceived him so he throws him out of his kingdom & kidnaps Roma. Bali's this misunderstanding led to a fight between them. Ram promises Sugriv defeat Bali & save his wife from Bali.
