Hank Williams - Ramblin Man - 78rpm record

Hank Williams (the best singer songwriter to record country music in history) - Ramblin Man - MGM 78rpm record released in 1953 lyrics: I can settle dow-own and be doin' just fine Till I hear an old train rollin' down the line Then I hurry straiaight home and pack And if I didn't go, I believe I'd blow my stack I love you ba-aby, but you gotta understand When the lord made me He made a ramblin' man. Some folks might say that i'm no good That i wouldn't settle down if I could But when that open road starts to callin' me There's somethin' over the hill that I gotta see Sometimes it's hard but you gotta understand When the lord made me, he made a ramblin' man. I love to see the towns a-passin' by And to ride these rails 'neath god's blue sky Let me travel this land from the mountains to the sea 'cause that's the life I believe he meant for me And when i'm gone and at my grave you stand Just say god called home your ramblin' man. **be sure to check out my other 78's!**

Ramblin' teaser trailer

Ramblin' is the documentary of a nationwide search for the anonymous and unknown artists of freight train monikers. This art form has been prevalent on the rails since the Great Depression but is often overshadowed by larger, aerosol train graffiti. The film features artists such as the Colossus of Roads, The Rambler, Smokin' Joe, The Kodak Kidd and Conrail Twitty. Ramblin' is still in production and we are actively seeking all moniker artists. Fiddler's Green -- Ramblin' Rover

Howdy, folks! Another fun song here. This one's been passed around more than a certain hotel heiress, and yet, it doesn't lose it's luster, or look like a whore... Hope you enjoy it, it comes from the album Another Sky. --Lyrics-- [Chorus:] Oh, there're sober men a plenty, and drunkards barely twenty, There are men of over ninety who have never yet kissed a girl. (But!) Give me a ramblin' rover, from Orkney down to Dover. We will roam the country over and together we'll face the world. There's many that feign enjoyments from merciless employment, Their ambition was this deployment from the minute they left the school. And they save and scrape and ponder while the rest go out and squander, See the world and rove and wander and are happier as a rule. [Chorus] I have roamed through all the nations in delight of all creations, And enjoyed a wee sensation where the company, it was kind. And when barkin' was no pleasure, I've drunk another measure To the good friends that were treasure for they always around were mine. [Chorus] If you're bent with arthritis, your bowels have got Colitis, You're gallopin' with balacitis and you're thinkin' it's time you died, If you been a man of action, you're lying there in traction, You can gain some satisfaction thinkin', "Jesus, at least I tried." [Chorus]
