After winning the kick-off competition in Rapa Nui, the nine-time world champion once more performed outstandingly, receiving two 10s from the judges. Red Bull X-Alps WHAT: Athletes race non-stop through the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea, with just a paraglider and a pair of hiking boots to help them, their every move tracked by advanced technology and broadcasted to an audience of millions. WHERE: The 2011 race begins at the Mozartplatz in Salzburg, Austria and finishes in Monaco. In between are eight turnpoints in Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France that force the participants through 864km of treacherous mountain terrain. WHO: 31 of the world's best endurance athletes and paragliding pilots, specially selected for their skills, stamina and guts. HOW: Fly. Hike. Conquer. The athletes can either fly with their paraglider or hike, carrying their equipment with them. The race goes on day and night, sun or snow, until the first pilot reaches goal. Motorised transport is forbidden but they can select a supporter to help supply food, equipment and information.

Red Bull Ready to Row -- there has never been anything like it! The world's first rowing relay race and a human baton on the water. Eight athletes, four boats, two changing pontoons and 4x800m full speed. 20.000 spectators lining the banks at "Museumufer" in Frankfurt/Germany threw their hands up in horror as the boats raced up to the changing pontoons at full speed and only jammed the brakes with their oars at the very last moment. A lot of hectic, loud yelling and cheering on among the athletes. Pure emotions: the changing on the 8x2m large shaky pontoons were really more than tricky. The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2011 continues at the birthplace of modern competitive sports, Athens, Greece, on Sunday, May 22 in an event you can see live on Red Bull TV. Just a stone's throw away from Athens' city centre where the Olympic spirit remains omnipresent, Gary Hunt, Artem Silchenko and Slava Polyeshchuk will be among those fighting it out for victory during the third stop of competition at Lake Vouliagmeni. Fittingly, it is also the occasion at which two-time Olympic gold medallist Greg Louganis will judge a World Series competition for the first time, with the American diving legend taking his place among a five-person judging panel. Unfortunately, however, there will be no Orlando Duque, the all-conquering Colombian, who had won the first two competitions, sustained an ankle injury at the end of April and, though he is recovering well from surgery, the nine-time world champion will take no further part this year. A black hole, nothing else. The human eye takes several minutes to adjust to the change in light. Without any points of reference you would need to a rope to find your way. However, what if you are travelling at 85kph and only have three seconds to make it through this dark tunnel safely? And, if you need to, how would you adjust your movements to secure a save landing?
