Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve C-130H aircraft equipped with the modular airborne firefighting system (MAFFS) are deploying lines of retardant with high levels of precision. The retardant allows firefighters on the ground to more effectively contain wildfires throughout California. The red coloring allows aircrews and ground firefighters to see where the retardant has been dropped. This makes any gaps in the retardant lines easily visible. With time, the red color fades away. I know the title is a little bit long but there was a lot to include lol :) FnaticMSI had previously beat Flame Retardant 3-1 and so they only needed to win 2 games in the final whereas, Flame Retardant needed to win 4. Both teams took 1 map each and thanks to Swizz, Candy and RnB, I was lucky enough to get a front row seat where I could record the whole final map. XLNC had played much better in other maps but there was a really nice part where he got a two piece followed by a turn on (kind of) 5-10 seconds later. (4:43 - 4:58) Hope you all enjoy!

Warm Springs Fire -- Air Tanker Fire Retardant Drop - Dubois, Wyoming
A wildfire on Monday, August 22, threatened the Upper Little Warm Springs Creek Subdivision near Dubois, Wyoming. This video was taken from our property on Sugarfoot Trail. The Dubois Vol. Fire department, National Forest Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Fremont Co. Firefighters responded to the fire. Air Tankers from Rapid City, South Dakota and Pocatello, Idaho joined in the firefighting, dropping fire retardant to stop the fire. It was a neat thing to watch! Thanks so much to all those who helped in getting the fire under control and saving the subdivision! Not a single home was lost!

This dip site is just outside of Ketchum, Idaho and the helicopter is dropping the retardant onto a wildfire just over the ridge (which sadly we aren't able to see). I was here for about 30 minutes filming the helicopter come in, fill up and go back out again.
