"The Butterfly" is Dolores O'Riordan(the Cranberries) and Angelo Badalamenti's(Italian American Composer who's done music for films like Mulholland Drive, The Wicker Man, Exorcist: The Beginning) second musical collaboration. Their first one was "Angels Go To Heaven" on the EvilEnko Soundtrack. I don't think I have heard Dolores sound as beautiful as this in years and I wanted to have a video that would give it some kind of emotion. I found this video by Jona Pelovska(www.jonapelovska.com) called "The Revenge of the Butterflies". It has this eerieness that I liked. I edited the video and the music together. The former mayor of Los Angeles took office shortly after the 1992 riots and shortly before the massive 1994 Northridge earthquake. Today, notes Riordan, the City of Angels faces a slate of different crises, from failing public schools to a fiscal calamity that has put the city on the brink of bankruptcy. Dolores Mary Eileen O'Riordan (born 6 September 1971) is an Irish singer and songwriter. She led The Cranberries to worldwide success and fame for 13 years before the band took a hiatus in 2003. Her first solo album Are You Listening? was released in May 2007. Her second solo album No Baggage was released in August 2009. O'Riordan is set to make her acting debut in the upcoming David Grieco film, 'Secrets of Love'. Principal photography was set to begin spring 2009. "Secrets of Love is a story about obsession; an obsession concerning the mysterious murder of singer Sarah Blisset (played by O'Riordan).
