A mother and a son were trying to escape from three robbers when they were carrying approximately 100000000 Riels (30000 US dollars) on their bike. The mother and the son ran into the crowded market expecting that the robbers would not chase further. But the robbers followed them and grabbed the money package and walked out of the market. The mother followed one of the robber to get her money back. During the scuffle, two robbers shot her death. She was shot three times, one in the stomach, another in the neck, and the last one in the head. The police have not been able to arrest the robbers.

Pharmacist Fired After Shooting At Robbers
Last May, a pharmacist at a Michigan Walgreens was dismissed from his job at the drugstore chain after he fired his own handgun at an armed robber. Now the man is suing Walgreens and his lawyers have released footage of the incident to defend their client. Around 4:30 am on the night of the incident, armed robbers entered the Benton Harbor, MI, store and began demanding cash. According to the pharmacist, one robber jumped over the pharmacy counter and attempted to fire a gun at him but it didn't work. That's when the Walgreens staffer decided he needed to use his own weapon, stowed in his pocket holster. "At that moment, [the pharmacist] reasonably and justifiably believed that the was going to be shot and either killed or seriously injured by the armed robber," says his lawyers. "[He] then fired his handgun several times in self-defense and in defense of his co-workers." The pharmacist says he had alerted his superiors at Walgreens about possible security concerns at the store, which had been robbed four years ealier. Walgreens dismissed the man for violating its "no escalation" policy and disagrees with the plaintiff's contention that he had a "right to carry or discharge a concealed weapon on its premises at any time." "Walgreens had a plausible and legitimate business reason to justify its decision to discharge [the pharmacist]," attorneys for Walgreens have stated. Here is the video footage of the incident. On October 25th a black male walked into the Phillips 66 located at 5425 East 11th Street. The suspect approached the counter, grabbed a customer and demanded money from the employee. The employee complied and the suspect fled the store. The suspect is described as a black male, 5'10 - 6'00, 175 - 215 lbs. black hair and brown eyes. MMA Experts Foil Armed Robbery
Martial arts experts acting as Good Samaritans foiled an armed robbery at a hotel in Los Angeles. Fearing he may be shot, the clerk complied with the suspect's demands, opened the register and gave him money. At that point, two martial arts experts, who were guests at the hotel, entered the lobby. They were visiting Los Angeles from Oregon for a martial arts tournament. They heard the clerk's cry for help and immediately jumped into action. "I hear 'Gun. He's got a gun, he just robbed me,'" said Brent Alvarez, an MMA fighter. "At that point I'd already stepped one foot off the elevator and the guy and the gun was on me. He's putting it in the back and thought he was going to be sneaky and escape." "Bret was in front and he's trying to be the diplomatic guy, trying to calm the guy down, tell him, 'Hey, man. It was a bad decision. Let's make it right from here,'" said MMA fighter Billy Denney. "From there we disarmed him, we got the money." The two grabbed the suspect, wrestled the gun away from him, took him down to the ground and held him until officers arrived.

Store Clerk Beat up would be Robber "Robbery Gone Wrong" Video
A would-be robber who demanded money from a store clerk in North Carolina got more than he bargained for. Before he could run off with any cash, the clerk at the We Buy Gold store in Hendersonville NC punched him in the nose on Friday. The clerk, 26-year-old Derek Mothershead, then grabbed the gun — which turned out to be a pellet gun — and called police. Hendi lay bleeding on the floor until he was arrested. Patton says the clerk was on high alert because the store had already been robbed once recently. Authorities are looking into whether Hendi was involved in that heist.
