Protest to open the family courts to ensure transparancy and stop the purgery. The Judgement below shows how judges refuse to let parents appeal to save thier child from being adopted. How dare they act as god, they have no right to not let every parent leave every stone unturned as they in there heart know they did not hurt thier child. Judges must be stopped. Appeal by parents against refusal to allow evidence form an expert on osteogenesis imperfecta (a condition that makes bones break easily) after allegations that they had physcially harmed their child. Appeal dismissed. In his judgment, Thrope LJ firmly upheld the decision of the trial judge on the grounds that a judge has a wide discretion on case management decisions and that he had clearly decided that "enough was enough" after hearing other expert evidence that the chances of the child having the condition were minimal. In a landmark hearing held on Friday 2 march 2012 at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, a 32 year old downs syndrome woman Hollie Greig requested permission to appeal against the ruling last summer of a Royal Courts of Justice Family Division judge that she lacked 'capacity' to make litigation decisions for herself about her life. The family division judge to whom the young woman's local authority had applied for endorsement of its care-plan for her, declared from her bench that the young woman in front of her did not have capacity, despite no medical evidence having been produced to substantiate this assessment and despite it being on state and medical record that she does have capacity. The justice went on to issue an interim care order under court of protection rules, of which a consequence was that the official solicitor should from henceforth represent the young woman, not her own legal representative. Indeed Hollie's leading campaigner and Advocate Robert Green was conspicuous in his absence as he was recently imprisoned for one year in Aberdeen Prison for raising awareness of Hollie's campaign. For what purpose, one may ask? Her presence was viewed by witnesses as arrogant - she had a cold demeanour and she directed it with such venom towards Anne and Hollie with her perpetrating looks. Nevertheless, she certainly underestimated the support for this case and true spirit of us English and fellow Scots as word spread of her presence, she was given a reception that she will NEVER Forget as long as she lives. People jeered, booed and shouted "shame on you" and slow hand clapped her as she left the court. For nearly two years the Equality and Human Rights Commission, headed by the racist Trevor Phillips, has been hounding the British National Party in an attempt to get the party deemed illegal and ultimately squashed. Not content with the BNP's constitutional changes, Phillips dragged them through the courts for months at huge expense to the party. Today the lion roared and the EHRC's attempts to have the British National Party's assets seized were rejected by the Royal Court of Justice.

A very brief clip of the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Nick Anstee, leaving the Royal Courts of Justice having sworn allegiance to the Queen. Nick Anstee is the 682nd Lord Mayor of the City of London. The video clip shows a close up of the Lord Mayor's Coach - commissioned in 1757 at a cost of £1065.0s.3d. The coach is actually older, by a few years, than the State Coach used for coronations. The Italian artist Giovanni Cipriani painted the side panels of both coaches. The coach is drawn by six Waldburg Shire horses. In the coach are the Lord Mayor, his Chaplain, the Mace Bearer and the Sword Bearer. Behind the coach is a company of the Pikemen & Musketeers of the Honorable Artillery Company. The company was reformed in 1925 to act as a ceremonial body within the City of London. Its members are volunteers from the veterans of the Honorable Artillery Company and the uniforms and drill date from the time of Charles 1. The music here is provided by three tabors and two fifes playing La Mourisque (Moorish Dance), published in Antwerp in 1551 by Susato - although the tune is almost certainly older. In the background you can hear the bells of St Clement Danes church which is situated just outside the Royal Courts of Justice.
