
Shaolin Nei / Chi Gong (Gung) set 少林禪圓功or 禅圜功Chan Yuan Gong means "zen" Circular Exercises. It is a set of internal exercises that are the ancient root of Tai Ji Quan and related to TJQ's 13 Gong movements (Peng, Lu, Ji, An, Cai, Lie, Shou, Kao, Chin Pu, Tui Pu, Tsuo Ku, You Pan, Chung Ting).
