The New York Times has exposed a secret Pentagon campaign to infiltrate the media with pro-war propaganda. The scheme reaches all the way to the Bush White House, where top officials recruited dozens of "military analysts" to spread favorable views of the war via the news. Many of these propaganda pundits didn't reveal that they were working from Pentagon scripts or lobbying for companies seeking to cash in on major military contracts. Caught on camera - A Chhattisgarh police official admits to staging an arrest and setting up a case against the tribals Soni Sori and Lingaram Kodopi. The story of the Dantewada-based school teacher Soni Sori and her journalist nephew Lingaram Kodopi in many ways encapsulates the complex conflict that continues in Chattisgarh below the news-radar of the national media. The tribals increasingly get caught between the the security forces of the Indian State and the Maoists. Lingaram Kodopi is a young boy from Chattisgarh, who was asked by the police to work as an informer against the the Maoists. On refusing he was locked up in a bathroom in the Dantewada police station for close to 40 days. When Himanshu Kumar filed a habeas corpus petition in the Chattisgarh High Court , Kodopi was released on bail. However, the police continued to harass him till the point when he came to Delhi and studied as a journalist for several months under the patronage of Himanshu Kumar. Then there was a terrible massacre and burning of three villages in Chattisgarh. Lingaram Kodopi who was now trained to be a journalist, went back to Chattisgarh and took footage from these three villages,the first hand account of the villagers and the way the huts were burnt down by the SPOs. The fact that Linga Kodopi has this footage appears o have become a source of worry for the state police. Today I'm gonna show you how to kill Frankie in The Godfather The Game. Note that this is not the only npc which can die this way. All other npcs can die this way except for: Vito Corleone, Michael Corleone, Tom Hagen, Pete Clemenza, Sonny Corleone (Only when you get promoted to Soldato at the Falconite club), Rocco Lampone, Paulie Gatto (only Killable this way when you are scripted to kill him), Monk Malone (Killable this way only when scripted), Luca Brasi, Fredo Corleone, Willi Cicci and Al Neri. --------- !!!SPOILER!!! Frankie is killable as shown in video, but she cannot die, nor supposed to when you go and look for the Don at the hospital, because she is scripted to live, and she is an associate to the Corleone Family. I like the way Classic Sonic feels in Sonic Generations. It's not 1:1 with the Genesis games, and there's still some niggling things about it that are really weird, but I think it's enjoyable. Since some of you asked me to expand on what I didn't like: * I don't like how Sonic cannot accelerate while in mid-air (whatever his speed is when he jumps is the fastest he's allowed to travel in mid-air) * I don't like how freakishly overpowered the spindash is (charge time is too short, the speed gained from a full charge is too fast) * I don't like how S-curve tubes automatically set Sonic's speed to max the moment he enters one (they are meant to function as ways to build momentum naturally, not as scripted boosters) * One particular scripted scene bothers me: Sonic gets launched up in to the air, with a yellow spring on his left and a swinging platform on his right. It's scripted so that you always land on the platform, even though you have enough height to move over to the spring. Pushing left on the stick does nothing, but I should be able to hit that spring from the air without touching the swinging platform. * Rolling has more meaning here than it does in Sonic 4, but it still doesn't function "correctly". Rolling emphasizes slope momentum no matter when it's activated. It should do the same here, but doesn't. * There are slopes that don't seem very steep that Sonic seems to have trouble running up unless he's going full tilt. That doesn't seem right at all...
