All testing is done against a raid boss dummy with no buffs besides basic class abilities. Gear is level 333 premade junk. Shadow is a fun spec based around dots, Mind Blast, and, oddly, moving as much as possible. Thanks to a recent change in Shadow Orbs, you no longer need to concern yourself with stacking orbs and timing your dot refreshes. Instead, you can spend the orbs as often as you want, and you will permanently maintain the buff to your periodic shadow damage through a brand new buff called Empowered Shadow. Although this spec is quite similar to Affliction in a lot of ways, the constant motion thanks to the Shadowy Apparition talent does give it a unique spin compared to every other dps spec in the game. This is the second part of the content I got while doing a 2v2 arena team with another shadowpriest. Same sort of stuff really, with similar ratings, just different oponents and team make-ups. I hope you guys like it as much as the 1st one. We've begun a new team on our new realm (Twisting Nether EU) and we're going to work our way back to the 1.4k mark, at which point I will start recording again and with a bit of RNG-luck we'll get to 1.6k rating and, who knows, beyond! :D This will be my last Arena-themed video untill that time, so any comments, suggestions and whatnot, please feel free to post them and I will try to make my next one (if thre is one) better :)

Hey everyone this video is for entertainment and feedback purposes. The video is strictly PvP so there is no PvE content in this. I know for a fact that there is a Shadow Priest PvE edition coming out soon by someone on the World of Warcraft Forums. I did my best on the editing and hope I didn't overdo it to some extent, anyways this video is showing Shadow Priest PvP and the new changes. I'm currently running different setups and they are: 1. Shadow Priest - Restoration Shaman 2. Shadow Priest - Rogue 3. Shadow Priest - Haunt Warlock 4. Shadow Priest - Destruction Warlock 5. Shadow Priest - Elemental Shaman I know most of you will be thinking that the other players I'm playing against are bad. I simply can't help that at all. That was why I did 1v2's in the first place to help compensate for that. Well, hopefully next season Shadow Priests make their big comeback onto the Arena stage. The music is as follows: 1. Epicon - Immediate Music 2. Hollywood Undead - Undead 3. Celldweller - Ursa Minor (Neutron, Proton, Electron Remixes) A few more details is the buffs that Shadow Priests recieved are Mortal Strike (20%), 2 minute Dispersion, and the Vampiric Touch dispel damage doubled. Not much but it is better than nothing and they're rather very nice buffs. I did my best with collecting the footage and remember to watch it in the HD version, I hope you all enjoy it. I'm a full shadow priest with 5/5 mental agility. The videos are mostly from rank 11-12. All my gear is from pvp rewards except ZHC from ZG. Music is from Eminem. I used Gamcam and Windows Movie Maker. The fights are over the course of a month. Better version of video: www.warcraftmovies.com or files.filefront.com I get asked about the mana thing all the time. It's the blade of eternal darkness. It used to be able to do 100 shadow dmg to your target and give the caster 100 mana. You could "use" the item to cast that 2 second enveloping shadows spell while moving. It was nerfed imo a few patches ago so it was no longer an item I could activate every 30 seconds and now randomly procs on it's own after the caster casts spells. When I'm applying my VT and DP I should have all int procs up, potion up, Empowered Shadows and 5 stacks of evangelism. This is NOT the opening rotation you should use if you don't want to. There is NO concensus among sp's on what is the best opener, as long as you have a good reasoning for it.

I'm back with another Duel Guide, this time it's against perhaps the hardest class of ANY for a hunter to face in 1v1 - the Shadow Priest. If you played in Wrath of the Lich King you'll remember how impossible a 1v1 versus a Shadow Priest was; we couldn't win, we were lucky if the priest even hit 50%. Well the fight mechanics have drastically changed since then, and they are perfectly doable now, but they are not to be underestimated. The only class which perhaps compares to how difficult Shadow Priests are to beat in 1v1 are Elemental Shamans. I managed to find some good methods to bridge the gap and overcome the sheer disadvantage I was at when faced with such an opponent, as you will see in the video. Basic Rotation is. SW:P DP VT Mind Flay until Shadow Orb procs. Then use Mind Blast and keep it on CD Keep DOTS on target. Never let them drop Use DPS increase CDs when you need them Use shadow fiend for mana and small dps increase Spam Mind Flay if all dots are on target and your mindblast is on CD. And basically thats all you need to know. If your having trouble with mana. (which you shouldnt really be having a problem) Use SW:D to gain some mana. Be sure to comment, rate, subscribe!
