Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said President Barack Obama's birth certificate is not authentic. Arpaio revealed the findings of a investigation into the president's birth certificate at a 1 hour and 20 minute news conference Thursday, calling the certificate "suspect." Arpaio's team of investigators said they found that the long-form birth certificate was created electronically and never existed in paper form. The president's Selective Service card was also questioned. Arpaio's investigators claimed the document has "failed every test we put it through." At Thursday's news conference, investigators said they will request a criminal investigation. They also said they have identified a person of interest in the forgery of the birth certificate. The common man or woman has NO obligation to contract with the government or enter into servitude to ANYONE ... They have NO obligation to identify themselves to anyone.. as lpong as they have committed no crime. However ALL Government servants are REQUIRED to and MUST Identify themselves to everyone before they have any authority to touch them, talk to them or disturb them in any way... absent a warrant.. the men and women have the right to use equal or GREATER FORCE against an unlawful arrest or entry into their home. Joe, Alan, and Star have committed NO CRIMES and have broken NO Laws. There is NO Warrant for ANY of them, and the only crime here was the sheriff's and Bail enforcement LYING, refusing to identify themselves, failing to produce a warrant, breaking and entering, terrorist threats, and vandalism... not to mention kidnapping, attempted murder, death threats, denial of due process, fraud upon the court, and more. And according to local policy in Kern county, the sheriff can not even accompany a Bail agent.. so what were they doing when they busted in Star's home claiming to have a warrant, then saying they don't need a warrant? He quickly spots a vehicle driving across a grassy area that is not a designated road with his headlights off. The driver explains that he has a license, but the "Sheriff" has his license. The front seat passenger tells Deputy Lee that he was trying to get home and does not have any identification. The backseat passenger gives his name as well. A K-9 unit shows up and Deputy Lee decides to take the men out of the vehicle because he smelled marijuana in the car. The front seat passenger gets out of the car and immediately attempts to run from the deputy during the pat down. After a brief struggle with the man, the deputy takes him into custody and finds a small baggie of marijuana in his pants. The driver of the vehicle complains about the circumstances of his friend's arrest and tells the deputies his friend is a 'jitterbug'. The driver is given a warning for the equipment violation and is cut loose. The passenger that tried to run tells deputies he feels dumb for trying to run. He is informed of his charges. Later, Deputy Lee learns the man has a $50000 warrant for weapons related charges.

In total, we were held for over 12 hours but fortunately due to the outpouring of support we were released from their cage around 10pm. However, we were left homeless until the following day when we were able to get our RV back. During that time the Jones County Sheriffs Department searched our RV, which serves as our home, office and mode of transportation not once but TWICE (on the side of I-59 when we were stopped and again at another location to which the RV was brought). Not only did the Jones County Sheriffs Department have no regard for our property, but they also used this time to delete 10 minutes of film I had taken during our arrest. A lot of you have come forward to share your story of wrong doing by the thugs of Jones County and for that I thank you. On this note, I would like to add that there is a website up and running to document the rights-violations committed by those at the Jones County Sheriff Department.
