This recipe is a specialty in the city of Düsseldorf. Serves 4 4 sirloin steaks, around 180 grams each 300 large Spanish onions 100 grams coarse mustard 500 grams mixed garden vegetables 500 grams waxy potatoes 400 grams butter 2 egg yolks 50 ml white wine chives lemon Worcester sauce pepper, salt, caraway seeds, sugar oil Hollandaise Sauce Clarify 350 gram butter over low heat Combine two egg yolks and white wine over low heat and whisk until creamy Gradually add the butter and continue to beat with whisk until emulsified Add salt, lemon and Worcester sauce to taste Fried potatoes Boil potatoes, then peel and cut into thick slices Fry in oil until golden Add salt, pepper, and caraway seeds to taste Add 20 gram butter and finely chopped chives as garnish Vegetables Wash and chop vegetables Blanch in salt water Remove enough blanching water to melt 30 gram butter Glaze the vegetables in the melted butter Add salt and sugar to taste Mustard onions Peel and slice onions Saute in oil until translucent Add mustard and sauté briefly Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste Grilled Beef Sprinkle steaks with pepper Saute on both sides Place steaks in a baking dish and top with mustard onions Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C Top with Hollandaise sauce Place under grill until lightly browned Serve the beef with mustard onion crust with potatoes and vegetables. www.lightscameracook.com Recipe 2 Angus Reserve Sirloin Fillets about ¾ thick ¼ tsp Salt and Cracked Black Pepper 2 Tbsp HT Traders Olive Oil 1/3 cup Ruffino Chianti 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic ½ Cup Kitchen Basics Unsalted Beef Stock 2 Tbsp Harris Teeter Unsalted Butter Heat a Skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes. While skillet heats, season the sirloin fillets with salt and pepper. Add Olive Oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Sear the Fillets for 3 minutes per side for medium rare, or longer to your desired level of doneness. Remove fillets to a platter, cover them with foil and set aside. Lower heat to medium, take pan away from the heat, and add the Ruffino Chianti, scraping up any browned bits. In a separate dish, combine the Kitchen Basics Stock with the Gourmet Garden Garlic, and stir to incorporate. Add Garlic Stock to the pan with the wine, and using a whisk, combine, adding the butter one tablespoon at a time whisking the butter into the sauce. Pour Sauce over the Fillets and Enjoy!

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Sirloin Steak and Pepper Stir-Fry. This is a combination of sirloin steak, browned in spices, and cooked with green pepper, red pepper, onion, water chestnuts, and green onions, then served over a bed of rice. Delish! Ingredients: ½ cup beef broth ¼ cup water ¼ cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 ½ pounds boneless sirloin steak, uncooked ¼ cup peanut oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 large green pepper, cut into strips 1 large red pepper, cut into strips 1 large onion, thinly sliced 8-oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained 4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces hot cooked rice In a small bowl, combine ½ cup beef froth, ¼ cup water, ¼ cup soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Set aside. Trim excess fat from 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak. Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips. Pour ¼ cup peanut oil into a wok or skillet, coating sides. recipe: marinate top sirloin fillets in pirates gold original, spice to taste with McCormick's Grill Mate's Steak Seasoning, garlic powder, and adobo seasoning (i user pirates gold and adobo on the chicken too). let soak for at least 30 minutes (no more than 90 min). get the grill as hot as possible, then put the meat on and close the lid (any leftover pirates gold can be poured over meat after turning). try to turn only once for mid-rare, twice for mid-well (chicken should be turned more simply because 'rare chicken' isn't too healthy...lol). pick your side dish (potatoes, cole slaw, rice, pasta, etc) and enjoy! if you can't find pirates gold marinade, feel free to experiment with other sauces/marinades...but the pirates gold really brings out the flavor in meat (and no, this isn't an ad for pirates gold). ps - the sweet mango chutney goes great with pretty much any red meat if you enjoy a sweet fruity addition to the meat.

Cooking Sirloin Roast to taste like Prime Rib - how to


This video shows you how to make a sirloin roast taste like and look like prime rib you would order at a restaurant. ___________________________________ How I made this - recipe ; Prep meat by letting it sit at room temp. for 2 hours in package. Remove from package, place in roasting dish. Rub in a light layer of Lawrys seasoning salt. Sprinkle a heavy layer of McCormick 'Montreal Steak' seasoning. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Place roasting dish in center of oven once it reaches 500 degrees. Drop temperature to 425 degrees F. Cook for approximately 7 minutes per pound. Turn oven OFF, and set timer to 2 hours. Remove from oven, and enjoy. __________________________________ Tips; -If you'd like it more well done, add some time to the cooking time, say 9 minutes per pound instead of 7. -When there is one hour left on the timer, turn oven back on to 300 degrees F for 5 minutes, this will simply make sure the oven is staying warm, as some ovens are not as well insulated as others. Always err on the side of too rare, you can always heat it longer, but can't turn back time. -Refrigerate leftovers right away, and if you want to slice it up, do so while it is cold the next day.

This is one of my very own recipes that I came up with based on a dish I had when I was younger. You can also make this into a casserole. Instead of plating it, combine the cooked noodles and the sauce and top with parmesan or some other grated cheese blend. Pop it in 350 degree oven for 20 min. or till cheese is melted. This dish is 506 cal and serves 6. Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 lbs. sirloin tip roast, cubed to bite size pieces 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. Better than Bouillon + 1/2 c. water, or 1/2 c. beef stock 3/4 c. red wine 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cans diced tomatoes, slightly drained 1 c. chopped onion 2-2 1/2 c. mushrooms 6 Tbsp. butter 1 bag wide egg noodles

Recipes: Jenna's Beef Tips - Sirloin Tip Steaks (2-3 steaks) 1 can of GOLDEN mushroom soup ½ can of water (use can from soup) ½ can of white cooking wine (use can from soup) 1 packet of onion soup mix 1 clove minced garlic 1 medium onion cut into rings In your slow cooker, combine soup, water, cooking wine, onion soup mix, and minced garlic. Wisk together to remove lumps, then add onions and steaks (we just put them into the liquid whole, and pull the meat apart once it is cooked... you can cut meat up before cooking if you choose). Make sure the steaks are fully covered in the mixture; you can add a little liquid if needed to cover the steaks. Cook on low for 8 hours. We serve this dish over white rice, with a salad.
