Jest to pokaz slajdów o wschodnim brzegu Zalewu Solińskiego. Można tu zobaczyć dzikie krajobrazy nadbrzeżne oraz zdjęcia zakapiorów bieszczadzkich i bieszczadników/ ślady po nich. Samotny Włóczykij odwiedził to miejsce, by spotkać się z człowiekiem, który w proteście przeciwko konsumpcjonizmowi wyjechał w Bieszczady wraz z koniem, by żyć na dziko. Sadko G. Solinski reitet sein Pferd Ibis in Mas du Malibaud im August 2004. Dies ist die vermutlich letzte Aufnahme von Herrn Solinski zu Pferde. Sie wird trotz der schlechten Qualität wegen ihres Seltenheitswertes gezeigt, um Interessierten einen Eindruck von diesem großen Pferdemann zu vermitteln, der hier trotz erheblicher Gesundheitsprobleme einem Schüler zuliebe kurz reitet. Sadko G. Solinski is shown riding his horse Ibis at Mas du Malibaud in August 2004. This is problably the last recording of Mr. Solinski riding a horse. It is presented despite of its poor quality because only few such videos exist, in memory of this great horseman who gets up on a horse here for a student disregarding his considerable health problems.

Solinski gewidmet, einem Pionier des europäisch-kultivierten Freizeitreitens, der eben jenes unermüdlich erforscht, beschrieben und gelehrt hat. Das „Mas du Malibaud, Solinskis Hof in Südfrankreich, war über Jahrzehnte Anlaufstelle für ambitionierte Freizeitreiter aus ganz Europa. Vor allem dort gab er sein Wissen weiter, hier entstanden auch mehrere Fachbücher zum Thema Freizeitreiten. Stefan Nolte, Mitautor dieses Films und selbst jahrelang Reitgast und -schüler von Solinski, versucht hier Schritt für Schritt eine Einführung in die von ihm gelehrte Bodenarbeit zu vermitteln. Dabei begleiten wir den 3 ½ jährigen Norweger-Wallach „Jago über ein Jahr auf seinem Ausbildungsweg. Nacheinander werden die verschiedenen Führpositionen erarbeitet um schlußendlich schräg hinter das Pferd zu gelangen. Am immer losen Führstrick lernt das Pferd anzuhalten, Volten und Kehrtvolten auszuführen. Schließlich folgen erste Trablektionen auf dem Zirkel. Duval Street in Key West is a lot like Bourbon Street, but just a little different. On a Monday afternoon just barely afternoon things were alive. Not every bar was like Irish Kevins. Many had live music even in the afternoon but only John Solinski (the bald guy in the ball cap) drew everyone on the street into Irish Kevins. His brother David "Reddawg" Solinski (the redheaded guy) joined-in about the time we had to leave. The video is docile (the reality was more active). We stayed for an hour or so; nice place to go; probably better for us mid-afternoon (we can imagine how wild the place must be at night). These are EXTREME but you can build a regimen to do them!! Be careful when you do these...a face plant is always at the horizon! I add Superman Push Ups to my routine to inject INSANITY into my chest workouts every now and then!! They are hard on the wrist, so again be careful and limit these to once every week or more.
