It is a fully automated installer that is much simpler than installing the complete Android SDK and editing files. It also copies ADB to your computer and opens a command prompt in the exact folder (no more hunting around for it). It has been tested under Windows 7 x32 and x64 and should also work for Vista and XP (see the original thread: a 2nd driver may also be required).
