The Battle Palace is headed by the Frontier Brain, Palace Maven Spenser. At the Palace, you can't choose your Pokemon attacks, it depends of it's Nature. To earn the Silver Spirits Symbol you must defeat: Crobat: Fly, Double Team, Toxic and Confuse Ray @Brightpowder Slaking: Brick Break, Shadow Ball, Earthquake and Swagger @Scope Lens Lapras: Horn Drill, Ice Beam, Confuse Ray and Protect @Quick Claw Crobat is one of the most fastest Pokemon in the game. It have Toxic to poison you, and Double Team + Brightpowder to raise it's Evasiveness. Slaking's ability, Truant, sucks because in two turns you only can attack once. But Slaking is very powerful, so it's a great Pokemon. Lapras have Horn Drill! I hate it! Ice Beam can defeat you too, and Quick Claw can make Lapras attack first. Enjoy it

Pokémon Emerald: Defeating Palace Maven Spenser
This was the most awkward Frontier Brain battle I've had yet. Since I can't contol my Pokémon in the Battle Palace, I just kinda had to sit back for this fight. Thankfully, just like in the anime or game itself, me and my Pokémon seem to be psychically connected. Latias did exactly what I wanted. I saw a Crobat, and I saw a poison-type that could be EATEN by the psychic-type move Luster Purge. Latias used exactly what I wanted him to. In fact, he just KEPT using it until it hit. You can tell he was really set on exploting Crobat's weakness. He even recovers at a nice time. I almost thought Slaking would be the end of me, since Alcione is the only one who can resist Shadow Ball. Thankfully, due to a blind mistake on Slaking's part, Alcione's put at an advantage for victory. ^_~ Lapras. Yeah. Now THIS, I DEFINITELY thought was going to be the end of me. Again, that whole psychic connection thing comes into effect and Alcione just keeps trying to exploit Lapras's weakness for the win. I like how aggressively my Pokémon fight for a win. I taught them well. Show no mercy, guys!
