Basically, everyone but 4 players spawn as BLU spies that only have the disguise kit, and can only move by crouching and looking up. Spies try to get to the end, snipers try to stop them. When spies die, they turn into snipers until the round ends. 4 people are either randomly chosen from the surviving snipers after the friendly-fire battle or just randomly chosen to start the round.
