UN Squadron Stage 8 - Gamer (SNES)
Stage 8 (Canyon) in UN Squadron (SNES) on Gamer mode. This level is hard enough as it is, but what is worse is the boss actually bugged up. Not only is it extremely rare for him to stay on screen 100% of the time, but his bombs actually started shooting two sets of missiles about halfway. Lucky to get through this mayhem with only 2 hits.
SNES UN Squadron (Area 88)
Taking their rather sucessfull CPS1 arcade game Area 88 and reinventing it in the Super Nintendo hardware, Capcom made more then a mere port, just like in Ghoul'n' Ghosts. Regretfully loosing the simultaneous 2 player mode, this SNES offering offers a much more deep single player experience, with more planes, levels and giving the players the choice of which mission to tackle. Renamed UN Squadron outside of Japan, It's amusing to see that the characters and names of the anime protagonists were left unchanged. Area 88 is my favorite fighter aircraft anime and although I had played previously to having my SNES on the Amiga version, this is the definitive version of the game for me. Level 1 with Shin Kazama on a F8E Crusader.

My very first Amiga game! In fact,I bought it even before I had my Amiga 500. This 1989 spiritual sucessor to Hybris had everything: Great graphics, good gameplay, amazing music... it truly was an arcade @ home experience. The two player coop mode made this even sweeter. It was later converted to Sega Megadrive/Genesis by EA, in 1992.

No 452 Australian Squadron
No. 452 Squadron was a Royal Australian Air Force fighter unit formed during World War II, in England. The squadron flew Supermarine Spitfires for the entire war, initially over the UK and Nazi-occupied Europe. The squadron was later based in Australia and the Netherlands East Indies. Keith "Bluey" Truscott was perhaps the best-known of the squadron's fliers. Although it was an RAAF unit, while it was in Europe, 452 Sqn also had some British personnel, from the Royal Air Force as well as other British Commonwealth air forces and other nationalities. One of these was the Irish ace Paddy Finucane. A number of Polish pilots also flew with the squadron and proved to be formidable pilots, despite occasional language problems. No. 452 Squadron rapidly developed a formidable reputation in operations against German forces. They were involved in many different kinds of operations. One of the most unusual was escorting a bomber that — with the co-operation of the Germans — dropped an artificial leg by parachute into Europe, for the use of the British ace Douglas Bader, who was a prisoner of war. The bombers flew on to bomb a factory. Another notable operation was the attack on the pocket battleships Scharnhorst, Prince Eugen and Gneisenau which were attempting the "Channel Dash", from their French harbour. Allied aircraft inflicted severe damage to these ships, despite intense anti-aircraft fire. The squadron did not lose an aircraft or suffer any damage to it on this occasion <b>...</b>

A young Russian aristocrat, Baron Fyodor Jeremin, volunteers to serve with a Dragon squadron to impress the girl who rejected his love. Just at this time the 1863 insurrection explodes in Poland. He enlists to serve in the army being sent to suppress the revolt. He believes that now it's enough to defeat the Poles, become an officer and hero, get a bunch of medals, and then return and lay all of this at the feet of her beloved. However, the "little Polish war" looks completely different to the way that young Jeremin imagined it to be. In course of time, he learns to be on the wrong side. But there is no escape - he must kill or he will be killed. What's more, he falls in love with a beautiful Polish girl...
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D Cutscenes (Part 1)
These are most of the in-game cutscenes in the PC version of Rogue Squadron. I wasn't able to record all of the cutscenes between the beginning and end of each mission, however, due to problems with Fraps. You'll see the V-Wing replaced by the Buick car. The Buick isn't accessible with a passcode like in the N64 version, but it is in the PC game's source code. I used a utility to unlock it. Ace Combat X - Alect Squadron - Ace Mode
UPDATED INFO Here's the new one! Sorry for the wait, was having problems uploading it the first time. OK, so I ended up using Ulead Video Studio 11 Plus for this, and I think it turned out pretty good. The resulting file size for this, on High Quality WMV, was only 24 megabytes! Cool huh? Great quality at only 24 MBs :D I also tried out Sony Vegas, but for some reason had a problem when using the Trimmer feature. When using the same function, Add Media To Cursor, the first time it added both audio and video, but the second time it only added audio... Not sure why, but if I can get it to work, I'll be using Sony Vegas instead from now on. It's much easier to work with, and somehow I became a natural with it lol, not sure why :D And where the hell did the Gadgets and Games category go?! Egh, YouTube is at it again...
