As always, I'm not a licensed hypnotherapist or anything; I just share these in case they help someone. I do use the word "hypnosis" occasionally in recordings, but nothing I do is really hypnosis. I just like the sound of the word when it's used in audios like this. ;-) This recording includes a bit where all the day's stress is drawn into the hands as the hands are clenched into fists, then released as the hands are relaxed. I've come across similar techniques that use the face; I have TMJ disorder, so letting stress clench up my face or jaw isn't the best idea. ;-) So I went with the hands instead.
