TAKE THAT SUWAKO MORIYA High Quality (I think( www.youtube.com A video of me fighting and barely defeating the Mountain/Frog goddess Suwako Moriya. Suwako Moriya (I love saying her name) is the ex-boss of the game Mountain of Faith, the 10th installment of the Touhou Project. The Touhou Project is a series of danmaku shooters. Danmaku is a term than can be loosely translated (and quite aptly in my opinion) into "curtain of fire" or "bullet hell", thus denoting game were high density in bullet is more important that a lot of enemies. The series was created and is managed by the one man team Team Shanghai Alice, composed only of ZUN. In my opinion, Suwako is probably one of the easiest, if not THE easiest, Ex-boss in the series, falling miles behind the likes of Flandre Scarlet, Fujiwara no Mokou, and Ran/Yukari Yakumo. Nonetheless, she still holds the title of Ex-boss, so she is not force to take slightly. Personally, I think the fight has the right amount of difficulty: difficult and enjoyable, but not hair tearing frustrating like some other people *glares discretely at Mokou* More info about the Touhou series can be found in this wiki page: touhou.wikia.com

After 10 tries, i finally beat the stage!The hard part here are the last spellcards(from "7 trees and 7 stones" to the final one)The stage isn't hard...Really some stage of the normal mode are harder than this one... The Touhou Project is a danmaku shooter series where godly beings are as dangerous as first aid kits. Those are some dangerous first aid kits. Oh, and the creator is some guy named ZUN. This is quite an interesting choice of songs. Kraster and Iron Attack... wait a minute, Kraster? Uh... I guess I did end up using them one more time before the finale and didn't remember. ^ ^' Anyways, I wanted Kraster's song to be the only song, similar to Shou's and Nazrin's video. However, even esoteric workers can't make such a miracle. As such, Iron Attack interpretation of Sanae's theme, "Faith is for the Transient People", is serving as a placeholder, although there was a time in the making of the video when I was tempted to make it the main song. I don't think Iron Attack specialty is vocal. Their Heavy Metal music kind of contrasts a lot with their vocals. Is not necessarily bad, but I wouldn't call them a vocal group. However, this arrange is quite good in my opinion. Then again, it is Engrish, I think. Can't really understand one word of what they are saying. Kind of like Japanese. I'm sure some <b>...</b>

Look for it. Eh...I really didn't spoke about Suwako when I first fought her, being my first video and all. I find her a pretty cool jester-like character. She always maintain her head leveled, tips her hat-thing whenever she's being all mysterious, acts bored or annoyed when someone says something amazingly uninterested, etc. Think Kagero's "Kochiya-ke" rendition of Suwako. But Kochiya-ke is my favorite doujin of the ENTIRE Moriya family. My favorite Suwako doujin is Ice Rain "Froggy's Missionary Journey." Oh Suwako, you will always be our little Froggy ^_^ Also, just to put it out there. TH12.3 v1.10 ~ Practical Suwako Combo Video
This video demonstrates many simple and practical combos for Suwako Moriya which can be used in actual combat. The combos start off very easy and then picks up later on. I wanted to show a lot of combos in one movie, so this is going to go through most of them pretty fast. You might have to rewatch them if you do plan on using some of them. Some people have suggested that I make one of these combo videos myself, so here it is! I am pretty happy with the results, and I actually discovered even more new combos in the process. *WARNING: All midscreen combos that start with 5AAA j.5B only work on FIVE characters!!! Fortunately, there's not a whole lot of them, but these happen to be the most damaging ones :(

He then met with Suwako. Suwako seems easy, she can be hard if you want by changing her AI. Higher it is, the tougher Suwako can be. Then after he won, Pepito encounters a sore loser, Suwako's hat or Moriya Shrine's true god. He floats up while "holding" Suwako in the air and then destroys Suwako in the process and if you're not lucky, he'll destroy you too. If the Shrine's true god fires his laser at you and you block it, it'll do little damage, but if you're low on health, you're good as dead. Don't know why the hat's voice sounds like Lord Famardy's; perhaps, it's the eyes. And what's with every time Pepito is about have a new member, they end up killed, tormented by the fa king floating ball of pus, or destroyed in less than a minute. I find it weird how the Moriya shrine didn't change it's name to the Yasaka shrine after Kanako beat Suwako (damn, I hate rhyming names ¬_¬), same with the lake. 「東方」 Suwako in Nico Nico Douga - Part 1 So originally, I planned on having an April Fool's version of this video up today but then I had a change of heart so here's the actual video instead. Am I lying? Maybe. Probably not. Watch the video please. :3 So one afternoon, I decided to attempt a playthrough of Suwako in Nico Nico Douga on Impossible. Impossible is probably comparable to IWBTG on Impossible. That means no save points. I think. This is the result of that attempt. So Zenasuma was also playing Hyperdimension Neptuina next to me while I was recording this so I was rather distracted while playing this so excuse the death and fail and more death and more fail. Distracted by err... Thunder Tits. Play Hyperdimension Neptunia if you don't get the reference :3 Oh and English Dubs D8 Also, this is semi-blind run. I've played the first area and that's all. Not much is different though compared to that time. The first area was very predictable. The second part will be uploaded when I get around to it. Suwa Lake Nagano, Ken Japan Date: August 15, 2007 Summer Fireworks (Hanabi) -- Kamisuwa, Nagano Prefecture -- Fireworks are always a big deal in Japan in the summer, and tens of thousands of people cram themselves into colorful summer kimonos, and cram themselves on to relevant pieces of shore land to partake in the spectacle. According to the tourist brochures, the annual fireworks at Lake Suwa are the largest in the world, with 40000 devices exploded. Set against the lush hills of the Japanese Alps, they sure make an impressive sight. The fireworks are held every year in August. They are beautiful, impressive, glorious and have a booming sound. About 350000 people come to watch the fireworks. Although invented in China, fireworks appeal to something in the Japanese nature, in the same kind of way as the cherry blossoms of Spring. The Japanese considered hanabi (fireworks) as "flowers of fire" - brilliant bursts in various forms and colors of poignant beauty. Like the splendid cherry blossoms' brief existence, fireworks flash in all their pomp and glory for a fleeting moment only to vanish into thin air. Since fireworks displays have become such popular events, it's common to see many people strolling in yukatas (cotton kimonos), drinking cold beer and carrying uchiwas (round-shaped fans) - everyone from the neighborhood turned up for the festivity on muggy summer nights.

Touhou 10 - Mountain of Faith Suwako Bug
The only thing i did that couldve probably caused this is that i stayed on suwako's sprite during the dialog and i bombed her right away while having 2 1.00 power items falling (its the trick japanese players to do get highscores, it gives free extra faith and keeps you at 5.00 power) But this ended happening: Suwako's laser usually aims at you, but for some reason it was obsessed with aiming the top right corner of the screen, which sadly doesnt give me enough room to dodge the aimed bullets. I try to kill her from the left side of the screens, but she moves slowly to the left which doesnt give me much room to fight back. so it becomes a bomb/death fest so yeah, enjoy seeing me try to cope with this bug lol
