Esan Fishing Pond
My local Thai family drains their ponds (reserviors) at the end of dry season. They reap the awards of fish for food and get their ponds ready for raining season. The fish are called "Pla Saun" and more like American Mud fish. They also are known for walking on moist land, snake like.
