Tama, the Station Master Cat has her very own train, and it is called the Tama Densha! Here is a short video tour of the train, which was designed by Eiji MItooka. Mitooka has become quite famous in Japan designing trains, including the Series 800 Shinkansen. In addition to the Tama Densha, Mitooka has also designed the Omoden (Toy Train), and a Strawberry-themed train for Wakayama Electric Railway. Amtrak train - car collision footage - cab view (read description!!)
This is video footage from the cab of an Amtrak train that collided with a car early in the summer of 2009. This event occurred at the Hannan crossing in Canton Township. This is train 353, which travels from Pontiac, MI to Chicago via Detroit on the Michigan line, This segment is owned by Norfolk Southern. It was travelling at 70 mph westbound around 12:10 pm. This is potentially what can happen when someone doesn't yield for an oncoming train. Please be safe and never disregard the warning lights and gates at a railroad crossing. Red Dead Revolver [v2] - 04. The Traincar
Red is taking the injured sheriff O'Grady to Brimstone by train, but while on their way there an un(?)expected event occurs. This chapter is short and easy, the easiest chapter in the whole game, with only one enemy. You can spend your time talking to the the passengers, who each have a few different lines. If you're only interested in advancing in the story, talk to the man in front and get back to O'Grady, and the duel starts. Anyone who has played Red Dead Revolver can see that I, for some reason, screwed up during the duel. Awkward, when I'm doing a walkthrough here and make beginners mistakes like that... rest assured that the rest of the duels go just as badly as this one.

The 342 new cars will feature full-width walkways between the cars which can be occupied by passengers, resulting in higher train capacities. They will also be equipped with an air-suspension system, larger windows and doors, and wheelchair-spaces, although the vast majority of Metro stations are not wheelchair-accessible. They will also feature more natural lighting, high definition televisions, a new PA system and surveillance cameras. News reports also suggest that the new rubber-tire trains will have to meet very demanding performance requirements: higher speeds (up to 80 km/h), powerful accelerations, high-speed gradeability, high-performance brakes, good ride comfort, low noise, low maintenance costs, low energy costs and high levels of reliability. Improving on the performance levels of the current metro fleet and developing new rolling-stock capable of using sheer speed as a means of increasing line capacity will represent a major challenge to either Bombardier or Alstom.

Train Car Smoking on CN Train
A pair of BNSFs lead a CN Train that had a car smoking. The car is towards the end of the train, and is smoking pretty good in the first scene. Afterwards, I quickly drove to the yard, and yelled up to the engineer. I showed the conductor the video after he got his paper work, and he went back to the car to make sure a bearing wasn't going. Luckily, every thing turned out OK and they were on their way after a slight delay. The conductor was thankful, and told me how important railfans can be. They know when somethings wrong trackside. He told me that if I ever see anything that looks like it could be a potential danger, to look at the number on the crossing box and call that number. If there isn't a crossing box near by, call the police.

This is a speed run for Mission Impossible on the Nintendo 64. I did not do this speed run. I got it from www.speeddemosarchive.com. I got it for all those Mission Impossible fans out there, and non-fans alike. So please don't accuse me of copyright infringement, or plagurism. Enjoy. Total Time = 1:10:38. On Mission: Impossible difficulty (hard): By David Gibbons. Author's comments: I made these segments for my friend Cyberwrath in the summer of 2004. Mostly, he just wanted to see how the game panned out (he had only played roughly 1/3 or 1/2 of it). I took it upon myself to have some fun and do the stages fairly quickly on mission impossible mode (read: hard). I never thought of sending these in to SDA because the game isn't very popular (or, in many levels, good). Brad convinced me otherwise, as is evident by this page. As for the run itself, it's OK. It's somewhat obvious it's not a full fledged speed run because I make a point to not rush through the dialogue -- I hang on to each text bubble for several moments, allowing the viewer (ahem) to read. Other than that glaring fact these runs are pretty optimized, for the most part. There are some cool moments in the game...and some funny ones -- funny because they shouldn't be. Brad and I much enjoyed laughing at the inane things Ethan says to himself. He'll be in a hallway, trying to be covert and distract a guard, and when he succeeds he'll shout "WAY TO GO!" or "...piece OF CAKE!" The game also suffers from terribly <b>...</b>

The Goat Canyon Railroad Trestle: Hiking There and Back
Constructed between 1907 and 1919, the Carrizo Gorge railroad was nicknamed "The Impossible Railroad" due to the rugged desert terrain through which it passed. This abandoned railroad line passes through at least twelve tunnels during its eleven-mile course, and it crosses several small, wooden trestles including the famed Goat Canyon trestle. The Goat Canyon trestle was the goal for our 16-mile round-trip hike, and along the way we passed many interesting things including abandoned passenger train cars, collapsed tunnels, and earthquake damage from 1932 that almost shutdown the railroad.
