When you don't give up..You cannot fail!! I want to say a BIG thank you to 'everyone' who has commented on the inspiration that they've received from this video. When I put this video together I was following my heart to inspire 'Whoever' might be discouraged to... "Not Give Up!" However, I have received the most from this posting, Life has a strange way of supporting us in our time of need. I did not know when I posted this video that 'exactly a year to the day' my daughter would die in a tragic car accident and that my spirit would be fed from the countless strangers who have directly (or indirectly) motivated me to continue forward. Dreamer - Inspired By A True Story
A man and his young daughter face almost impossible odds as they struggle to help an injured horse return to the racetrack in this family-friendly drama. The True Story of Matthew Shepard 'A Victim of Hate' ( RIP )
"It was reported that Shepard was beaten so brutally that his face was completely covered in blood, except where it had been partially washed clean by his tears." Shepard had suffered fractures to the back of his head and in front of his right ear. He experienced severe brain-stem damage, which affected his body's ability to regulate heart rate, body temperature, and other vital functions. There also were about a dozen small lacerations around his head, face, and neck. His injuries were deemed too severe for doctors to operate. Shepard never regained consciousness and remained on full life support. While he lay in intensive care, candlelight vigils were held by the people of Laramie. Shepard was pronounced dead at 12:53 am on October 12, 1998, at Poudre Valley Hospital, in Fort Collins, Colorado.
