Fallout Tactics Mission 6: Quincy Part 1
I hate Quincy, I truly do. I have been dreading this mission for quite a while. I wish hypercam had a timer of ten minutes then it stops recording, that would help too. Anyways sorry for not uploading for a while, business and sidetracking with a dash of laziness and an egg battered and stirred in a bowl has kept me from uploading, plus playing Deus Ex. I think I will record that next.

My mom and sisters came over for dinner, one being a veggie head, I made a vegetarian dinner. It was too bad she was sick so you dont get to see much of her, but I made a Rustic Peperonata, Crispy Potato Cakes and Summer Veggie Gratin. It was so damn edible I ate it, so make it some time. FOOL!!!

Tragik Ts' Blowtorch'd Prime Rib & Duck Fat Glazed Veggies
I decided to make a "KILLER" Prime Rib, and I'm not a huge fan of Prime Rib...I like my Rib Eye grilled!!!!!! So obviously I decided to make something everyone could enjoy, including myself...I LOVED IT!!! Blowtorched that poor animal, with whiskey!!! Rubbed it with Green Peppercorns, Thyme, & Sea Salt!!! Then gave it the slow bake!!! Stupid Butternut Squash played as a cameo tonight, along side of Brussel Sprouts...with some Mushrooms that crawled up in this bitch!!!

Me making Whiskey BBQ Baby Back Ribs with a Deviled Egg'd Potato Salad. BBQ sauce was made from scratch using whiskey. Ribs were cooking in a aluminum smoker bag, for extra hickory flavor. Potato salad also made from scratch using ideas from my Grandmothers (May she Rest in Peace) recipe.

German food time...Get over it, it's delicious!!!! Breaded Pork Cutlets topped with a Mushroom wine sauce (gravy) served up with a side of Spaetzel...It's fresh German pasta, that is sauteed until it is crispy!!!!! Also Bacon and friends make a cameo!!!!!! REMIND ME NOT TO DRINK WHILE EDITING!!! FAIL!!!

Tragik Ts' Margarita Filet Mignon with Bacon Mole Sauce, Corn Succotash, & Mashed Sweet Potato
I marinated the filet in jalapenos, lime juice, and tequila...then grilled 'em. Grilled corn succotash (corn, bell peppers & peas) Smashed up some sweet potatoes, and made a bacon chocolate mole sauce...YUM!!!

Tragik Ts' Arctic Char, Bell Pepper Coulis, & Sauteed Kale with Mushrooms (Healthy)
I decided to make Arctic Char, a tasty fish, like a cross between Salmon and Trout...and I don't like Salmon, but this is great!!! I put some fresh thyme on top, and gave them a quick fry, so the meat was medium rare. Served it up with a crazy bell pepper sauce and some sauteed kale and mushrooms. Quick and healthy!!!

Tragik Ts' Best Fried Chicken EVER!!!
I took chicken thighs & drumsticks and gave them a sexy batter, then fried the shit outta them. As far as side dishes go, be creative...I made mashed potatoes (recipe on another video) and sauteed kale, you can do what you like though. I did include a video recipe for bourbon caramelized green onions!!! Enjoy or DIE!!!

One of the best creations that I have ever put in my mouth!!! Turkey Burgers stuffed with tequila sauteed jalapenos and onions, with cream cheese. Topped with guacamole and tomatoes in between an Egg'd Bun!!
