TTC-Vlog #1 Quick Update and Question!
We decided to go ahead and start TTC this cycle. Still no temp shift but ovulation is not far off at all, according to my CF and going off of past charts I have never ovulated before day 13 or after day 19, and today is CD 14. Today was our last day to try before ovulation because Derek will be out of town for a week. Its our first time really trying so of course I already can't take the anticipation! Of course I could just wait a few days until my chart confirms anything, but SSSHHHHH this is our 1st time, I have to obsess over something! :) fingers crossed and of course I'll keep you all updated on any info or symptoms as they come up. Thanks in advance for your opinions! **UPDATE** I went ahead a re-tested with FMU this morning and got this: yfrog.com , so everyone was right, last night's test was positive. It was probably just not as clear because I'm a dork who was trying to test at 11:30 at night with more diluted urine. I called Derek this morning and told him and he was like "sooo what does that mean" and I said "it means we have a chance" and he was SO excited! :) Fingers crossed!

Its that time again... BD timing/frequency was MUCH better this cycle! Here is the link to my ovusoft chart: www.tcoyf.com UPDATE (9-16-09): Third high temp above coverline today confirmed ovulation on Sunday. For non-charters, I apologize for the all the lingo! Temp shift is when you have a temp above your coverline, peak day = last day of fertile cervical fluid, and dry up is the day after peak day. According to FAM, it is very typical that ovulation occurs on the day BEFORE the temp shift, which is also typically the day the dry-up occurs (that rule varies for women more than the temp shift, temp shift is a more reliable deciding factor than cervical fluid or OPKS). Oh and my personal conclusion about OPKs is that they are worthless if you are trying to use them to determine when to time the hanky panky. By the time they are positive, ovulation could have already happened, or will happen very shortly, which doesn't give your hubby/bf's swimmers much time to get where they need to go.

I decided to take a pregnancy test at 10 Days past ovulation. This was my first medicated cycle with 50MG of Clomid. 1500MG of Glucophage and 81mg of Asprin. Produced 1 22mm folicle.
